What a great dealer! The salesman was very knowledgeable of the product. He answered all my questions. I had been shopping for a car with more safety features and the RDX sure fit the bill. I'm so glad I waited before buying. The car is beautiful and has been all redesigned to meet my needs. Then the manager came around and made me feel like he wanted me to be a part of this "family." This experience was very different from other dealerships that I had been to. To begin with, I was greeted within minutes of exiting my vehicle ( did not have to wait in the 99 degree heat for a salespersons). Charlie was polite, friendly, and had a great personality.......did not come across as one of those high pressure ‘you-will-buy-a-car-today’ salesmen. Also, as a woman, I felt I was treated the same as a man buying a car ( which had not happened at other dealerships). I love my new Acura RDX and this is the place to purchase one!

After 20+ year buying or leasing cars, Scanlon team (Zorian and Rico) have provided me an excellent service that motivated me to drive two hours from home to enjoy such a remarkable transaction, no stress, quite respectful to my time, all was negotiated via emails and calls and just show up to sign and drive an awesome MDX, but at the same time to had quite friendly conversation with this team and felt for the first time that I was able to enjoy buying a new car.... they stick to their offer and when beyond of what any customer could expect. I had been shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com/cargurus.com and knew what I wanted. I found the car at Scanlon. They were incredibly easy to work with and efficient. Since I live in Jacksonville, I had to have salesperson Jesse go over the whole car with me over the phone. I flew down there and completed the buying process in an hour and on my way back to Jax. Great experience and I got a great price.

The manager and sales representative stayed after hours to work with us, answered all of our questions, and gave us the best deal we could find. Loved that we got a tour of the service department, and our sales representative took time to explain all of the features of our new car. Free car washes and oil changes are a great bonus!

We purchased a 2018 Acura MDX with the Advantage package in May, and we love it! It handles well, gets good mileage, 25+, and is fun to drive. We were switching from a sedan to a SUV, and knew that we wanted a bigger size vehicle. The team at Scanlon found the vehicle we wanted, and delivered it in the timeframe promised. We found their customer service to go beyond other dealerships we talked to; and they even filled the gas tank before we drove it off the lot. We will definitely go back to Scanlon the next time we want to change vehicles. You should too, try them!
