New MDX online purchase - great value & easy process

Scanlon offered a great value on our new MDX AWD Tech which got us talking to Charlie Broussard directly. Charlie and Scanlon offered a low stress buying experience and delivered what we wanted. When we arrived to process the paperwork and pick up the vehicle, there was no hard sell on options and extras, and Charlie took his time providing us an orientation on all the tech functions - including pairing cell phones and understanding all the navigation and driving safety features. We left with a good understanding of our vehicle and their dealership services available.

Great Experience!

This is a fabulous dealership. Michael Messina made leasing a car a wonderful experience - I never thought I would say that based on my previous experiences at other dealers! I searched for months in both Naples and Ft. Myers and highly recommend this dealer. If you live in Naples, it is worth the little drive, you will not be disappointed!

Another excellent hassle free leasing experience.

This is my second time leasing with Acura, twice Jesse has been my sales representative and he has been wonderful. Jessie is knowledgeable, helpful, honest, and made the entire experience excellent and hassle free.

Wonderful Experience

I purchased a used Acura MDX from another dealership, however came to Scanlon for routine maintenance. Their service department rocks! While there on a routine visit I wanted to trade in my 2014 for a newer used model. I was fortunate enough to have Charlie Broussard as my salesperson and what a great experience! He is not only professional, friendly and great to work with but knows his "stuff" when it comes to inventory and features. I ended up with a 2016 MDX and he was in constant communication with me working a deal that I believe was fair to all. The financing with Mark Giuliano was a breeze and everyone I came in contact with was great. I would recommend Charlie and this dealership to anyone looking for not only an Acura, but a used vehicle as well. Thanks to you all!

Stress-free Car Sales

My fiancé and I had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Sam OrisDeRoa. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we chose and was able to provide us any information we asked about without having to look it up. When we got inside to talk numbers, Rico Manley, the sales manager, approached us with no pressure and helped our starving daughter to some Cheez-It’s and brownies. Car buying should be an enjoyable experience. Think about how much time you spend in your car, you want the first memory of it to be a good one. Scanlon Acura was able to deliver that happy first memory and we will forever be thankful.

Great Effort and Pleasant Outcome

This was a tough transaction for all involved. Vehicle was not available locally, within the state, or even within many states that were searched. A very fair price was offered, no need for negotiation, and the first attempt at getting the vehicle proceeded. Couldn't find it; deposit returned immediately with no hassle. Within 24 hours Dan and Charlie both called saying they would not give up and if we were still interested they would keep trying to locate what we wanted (even though they had already returned the deposit!). Sure enough a few days later they had found the car, shipped it in, and maintained the original price. Herculean effort! They really did work hard for us. Delivery and "training" was great. No dealer I've ever dealt with has provided this level of customer service. Simply outstanding. And of course the MDX speaks for itself.

recently bought a used 2011 Acura TSX from here, everyone was incredibly helpful. my salesman was Bob Cohan, great guy. not too pushy, answered any and all of my questions. 10/10 highly recommend, if you’re in fort myers looking to buy an acura go to scanlon and ask for bob!
