Pleasant experience

This was the easiest car I have ever purchased. The sales consultant, Sam, was professional and knowledgeable. There was no pressure to buy additional products and the price negotiation was fair and not at all intimidating.

Great Customer Service

We were on a small budget and the sales force treated us as if we were buying top of the line. Quick, efficient, reasonable price! We would come back here in a minute the next time we need to buy a car.

Excellent Customer Care - Andrew Wuttke

I just want to take the time to say thank you for the wonderful service that we have received over the last few months. Andrew Wuttke provides excellent customer service and truly cares about individuals needs. I am glad that he is apart of the Fort Myers location so that we can rely on him if we ever need anything. I highly recommend not only his services but the dealerships as well.

The Absolute BEST Car Buying Experience!!!

My sales rep Sammy was the most positive, helpful, and respectful sales person I have ever dealt with! He's a true example of how every salesman should be. I am very happy with my new vehicle that I recently purchased, and will be coming back to this dealership when it comes time to purchase another vehicle in the future.

The way car buying should be!

I was treated like a valued customer even though I was buying a fairly inexpensive used car. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. They even let me take the car home to show my wife before buying it. Phil Ursillo is a real pro and extremely nice to deal with. The whole process was very pleasant and one of my best car buying experiences ever.

Eric is awesome

They are great and very friendly and Eric even delivered my car to me at work. This is my second Acura I've gotten from Scanlon Acura and will be back when I'm ready for another upgrade.

Professionalism of Scanlon Acura

The manager John Santillo and sales agent Kim Morgan went above and beyond to accommodate us. After purchasing a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder, we find out after we get home with it that it could be on a list of recalls for passenger airbag not deploying. We took it back the next morning and John offered to switch back with our original vehicle. This was something he didn't have to do. We ended up purchasing another vehicle with them today and we are very happy with it. Many thanks to everyone at Scanlon Acura!!!! If anyone out there is interested in purchasing a car you should go see these people. They will do their best!!!

Sam OrisDeroa was an a excellent sales person, he completed all our paper work the day before we arrive, we just had to sign and take the vehicle. I recommend him, he was very friendly,very satisficed with new purchase.
