I leased a IS250 on March 20, 2014 as my other Lexus...

I leased a IS250 on March 20, 2014 as my other Lexus lease was up. Four days later I was t boned by another driver and my car was totaled. I was sick as I had paid a nice security deposit and had lost my car and my money. I called Ken Lucas my sales associate and explained my situation. He was very helpful and said he would work with me. He found me the exact same car and held it at the dealership till the adjuster gave me the okay that my car was totaled. Lexus finance manager Robin Francis worked with me on finances so I was not out another security deposit. I was thrilled to get another car just like the one I had that quickly and with such professional attention. The best thing about my car was I walked away from a very bad accident without any injuries due to the safety of this car. I highly recommend Scanlon Lexus for their cars and the great people who work there. They helped make a very sad day for me a much brighter one.

I recently purchased a 2008 Walter P Chrysler Edition...

I recently purchased a 2008 Walter P Chrysler Edition Chrysler Pacifica from Scanlon Lexus. I called before the vehicle had a price and pictures as I had been watching for this type of vehicle for months and was placed in contact with Doug Cahn in Internet Sales. I asked for pictures and an out the door price to which I received within a few hours. I live almost 4 hrs away from the dealership so I asked if they would take a deposit to hold the vehicle until I could get there on Saturday. Doug said if you are interested in it I'll place a hold tag on it and it's yours, no deposit needed. I was in contact with Doug throughout the week to ensure the vehicle made it through the service department ok and on Friday afternoon I received a call from Doug saying the vehicle was detailed and ready for a test drive and that he would be awaiting my arrival. When I got to the dealership the next day we went on a test drive and I looked the vehicle over never feeling pressured or rushed to finish my thorough inspection. We went in the showroom where Doug had all the paper work ready to go and as soon as Susann Nogales was available I was introduced to her and we finished the paperwork. I was out of the dealership and on my way home in just over an hour! I would highly recommend purchasing any vehicle from them as they are all friendly and very knowledgeable. I would like to thank Doug and Susann again for their professional and friendly service and it was a pleasure working with you both. Thanks again!

I was looking for a particular car and color and ray did everything he could to help me find the car that I was looking for. Susann was super nice and funny and made all the paperwork a breeze.

I had been looking at the new 2014 Lexus IS250 for a...

I had been looking at the new 2014 Lexus IS250 for a while. One day after work I decided I would finally go in and test drive the vehicle that I had been drooling over for the past 5 months. That's when I met Paul. He told me about all of the cars bells and whistles, making me sure that this is what I wanted. I initially wanted to buy this car, but soon found out that the payments were not going to be feasible. Paul then suggested that I leased. I never even thought of leasing before. He worked some numbers for me on a lease, making the payments much cheaper than purchasing the vehicle. Paul wasn't pushy, and wanted me to feel about the car and the cost. I felt like he actually cared and wasn't trying to just make a profit. That day I left with my beautiful Lexus IS250 F Sport. Everyone here makes you feel like family. I will definitely be back for my next vehicle purchase or lease!

Scanlon Lexus is the greatest car dealership in the world! Ken Lucas and Robin Francis made my car buying experience beyond comfortable. If you don't buy a car from Scanlon Lexus you're crazy. Best customer service ever. Best dealership ever.

I spoke with Paul Melendez when I called Scanlon Lexus...

I spoke with Paul Melendez when I called Scanlon Lexus about a specific vehicle they had. We arranged for a time to meet at the dealership and from the minute I walked in the door and shook his hand, he was very nice, very sincere and really went out of his way to be helpful and answer all my questions, every time. Although my purchase was a used car, Paul (and Marc Wozny) really spent what I felt was a lot of time working with me, answering all my questions and making sure I was happy with the car - I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Paul, Marc and Scanlon Lexus.

Friends advised me that Scanlon Lexus was the best...

Friends advised me that Scanlon Lexus was the best dealership in the Southwest Florida area. So, when looking for a new car I visited Scanlon and found the recommendation accurate. I was well treated in every way by all the associates I met. Ken Lucas was very helpful and got us into an ES300 hybrid.

Ray Mathews is extremely professional and worked very...

Ray Mathews is extremely professional and worked very hard to obtain the vehicle which suited my needs. Susann Nogales working with ray made the deal happen they both are problem solvers who assisted me when the sales mgr with his lack of people skills and poor attitude allowed me to cancel the deal and leave. Ray and Suzann both called and convinced me to go back and between the three of us the deal was made. I have purchased or leased about five vehicles from scanlon and always have been more than satisfied. Lexus makes a great product and employees such as these reflect the excellence of Lexus. I have owned eight all together and will not hesitate to return.
