Dan Hussmann, Sales Associate for Germain, did an excellent job discussing our alternatives as we were just 'looking'. We had no intention of buying a car on our first day of 'looking' but we did. We bought our first used car as opposed to buying a new car. After a few hours we wanted to go home for the night and return the following day to complete the purchase which we did. Dan Hussmann came in on his day off to assist us. We bought our first Lexus from Germain 13 years ago and found the service to be excellent as in the past.

Purchase of new Lexus ES350
Charles was a great salesman. After I picked up the car Giovanni Blasi helped me work through the Blue Tooth navigation and setup. He was very kind and knowledgeable.

Do not buy a used vehicle from Germain.
Germain will sell u used vehicle that has major problems and then will not care. They promise oil changes and car washes but do live up to their prices promise. Get things in writing from this dealer or go to fort myers.

Wonderful Customer Service
My wife and I shopped wanted to get the best deal possible on a new car and we were willing to drive to dealerships outside of Naples to do so. Luckily, Greg was able to beat the best quote I received. The best part of our whole transaction was not just the price, but the customer service from beginning to end. Communication was quick and thorough and we probably had more questions than the average buyer. Greg and Chuck made the entire process smooth and I would not hesitate to purchase another car from this dealership. They went out of their way to find the exact color combination requested and the car was perfectly prepped for pickup. At no time did the process feel rushed or pressured. I would highly recommend this dealership.
