Great experience

Dawn Slanec was a very pleasant person to deal with. My car was taken in on time and was ready when they said it would be. I am from Canada and had my 5000 mile servicing done here and there was no charge ! Very impressive and totally unexpected. I will come back to this dealership if I ever need anymore servicing in the future while I am down in Florida.

Excellent Service

Beverly Coppola was our service representative when we recently brought our car in for extensive service. She made sure we were given a wonderful loaner vehicle which she personally took the time to show us how it deviated in driving from our car. She kept us updated as to the progress of the work being done and took it upon herself to contact those in authority in reference to a reaccuring and costly problem. She excels as a representative for Lexus while looking out for the consumer as well! Barbara and Tom Steck

Great Professionals

Beverly Coppola, my service professional, is a total professional both in customer care and automotive knowledge; Last year we had an unusual car issue and she quickly took ownership of my problem; unfortunately this week a similar problem with the car occurred again, and again she was right there doing everything to solve the problem and get me on my way. Germain Lexus has a keeper and a great Ambassador with Berverly.
