Great Lexus Dealer

Carrie Rickard was pleasant and efficient as she greeted me and explained the process by which my service would be delivered. My car was ready at the promised time, freshly washed and dried. Wayne McCloud, my salesman, spent a few minutes with me and expressed his concern that I was well and that my auto was living up to expectations. It is a pleasure to do business with such a fine organization.

My Ringing Endorsement!

Arrived early for my service appointment, which was to be a "quickie". Beverly Coppola greeted me at once in the customer lounge and discussed the nature of the service. I mentioned to her that I had some concerns about the battery, which was less that two years old on a car which had just over 10,000 miles on it. She assured me that if the battery was not up to snuff, it would be replaced at no cost to me, and that the total time for the service would increase slightly, to an hour and a quarter. Very professional, and turned out to be totally accurate. At precisely that time, she said that the car was ready, and that the battery had been replaced. Total charge for the service, just under 25 bucks. Left the dealership a very contented customer. Thanks Bev! Dave Fulcomer

Sudden Navigation/radio system failure.

My navigation/radio malfunctioned, kept cycling on and off. I phoned Carrrie Rickard who arranged for immediate attention if I came to the dealership. The problem was promptly evaluated to need new parts delivery. She arranged a new loaner vehicle that I expected to have for a few days. She phoned me the next day and advised that the new part arrived ahead of schedule, was installed and ready for me. It doesn't get much better than that.

Good dealership, great for buying not for selling

Ended up with a good deal, had to negotiate for a little while, low offer on my trade in- would take it elsewhere but good deal on purchasing new car.

Dave McKinney was outstanding in handling my service issues, as usual. He is effective in solving problems with my ES350. I have had over the last few years. Sherry was also most helpful in explaining the exchange program. Great service and great dealership
