Germain Lexus of Naples

Every aspect of our relationship with Germain Lexus (Naples) has been very satisfactory, but we're particularly pleased with our service rep, Dave McKinney. It always seems as if his attention to our car's needs and making certain that we understand the reasons why the service is needed are as important to him as they are to us. We've never felt as if he isn't looking out for our best interests when it comes to maintaining our investment in the car. Thanks, Dave. And, thanks to Germain Lexus for having employees like Dave on your staff. He's the one we have regular face-to-face contact with, but I'm confident that he's typical of many Germain employees.

My daughter experienced a problem with her rear tire in that it was losing air. As she always does, she went to Germain Lexus where it was discovered that she had a nail in the tire that could not be fixed. As usual, Dave McKinney attended to her and got her a new tire at a reasonable price. Dave has taken care of my daughter's vehicular needs for the last few years and has done so in a way that I would do myself. In fact, Dave has been there when I could not. I have the utmost confidence in his acumen and professionalism, and consider him to be a superior service advisor.

My Sales Person Frank Smith was able to get me an excellent and fair price. Frank was very Friendly and Knowledgable. Frank also introduced me to other staff members who where very nice.

Perfect. Just like it was supposed to be I bought the car here new and later new tires here. I had oil change and tires rotated. Cost =$0. All in under 1 hour.

I was delighted with the overall atmosphere of this dealership. Before I saw my salesperson, the staff were all very cordial. The waiting areas was comfortable, and the building was immaculate. The customers seemed happy to be there.. My salesperson was attentive to all details. The buying experience was excellent. Recommend highly.

Dave McKinney does a excelent job every time i bring my lexus to be serviced!!! I appreaciate his knoledge and his expertise on sevicing my RX 350!!

Alyson Chatham is absolutely wonderful - extremely knowledgeable and eager to help customers. She moves fast with paperwork but takes time to explain repairs and why something needs to be serviced. I am amazed by how much she knows about cars

I had my ES350 in for service. My Service Manager, Dawn Slanec, greeted me shortly after I sat down. She reviewed the needed work, and provided an estimated time for completion. When the work was completed, Dawn brought me to her office, and went over my invoice, and I was on my way. My experience with Dawn, and the service department, was excellent.

Chuck Koenig has sold me my last two Lexus and will sell me the next. The thing I love, VIP, he's it. I really don't want to buy a car everyday, but if I had too I'll go with my VIP/MVP. My wife is floating on air (Happy Wife, Happy Life!!!!) Team Germain seen to it that we won the game. I'll just sit back and be the cheerleader, but if you want to win, bet on my MVP and team Germain!!!!!

From the meet and greet, to the salesman, and over to the finance manager, everyone was extremely professional, polite and provided excellent knowledgeable information in helping us to pick out and purchase a vehicle. Dan was helpful in every way. He gave us great information on the vehicles we were interested in and happily escorted us in our many test drives. Seriously, it was a pleasure to deal with every staff member that we came in contact with. We look forward to our next purchase with Germain Lexus.
