Dave McKinney is FANTASTIC

Body repair

This was a relatively small job and we needed a quick turnaround. John treated us with the same attention to our needs as a large job would have warranted and the job was completed in the time frame promised. The friendly way he assisted in determining how to proceed and his assistance with the insurance was appreciated.

Car purchase

My salesman was probably the very best I have ever seen,myself I worked in sales for over 20 years and could never come close to even dreaming I could be so great with people,Lutfu or Lou as we were introduced was extremely professional and I went out of my way to give him a hard time on the pricing as customers do he never strayed from his totally trained manner to make me understand why I was paying so much for that vehicle, he didn't know that this was my 4th Lexus and I am a devoted buyer for a brand that's made me feel like I own the best ! I had to drive it back to ohio in only a few days, I really never intended to buy just for that reason,I had been talking with other dealers in ohio but honestly it's hard to explain how I felt good about buying a florida car and giving up a return plane flight that would get me home in less than 3 hours,as I drove home on Mother's Day to ohio it took us 20 hours straight through,had to work next day,self employed but felt guilty I was gone 11 days, So my experience was the best as I am 62 and have bought many cars, you should clone Lou or at least have him train the youngsters coming after him, I also would like to say that your finance gentleman is really great again treated us very well just continued our experience with you as totally professional,he reminded me of Nathan Lane,HOW DO you find so many GREAT PEOPLE to work for you ? Solving a strange problem

Shawn Chapman has been so helpful trying to solve a problem with our interior. We bought and used the Lexus cleaner and polish for interior. Now for some reason the dash, side door panels we used it on get extremely sticky when hot and in sun. He has tried to remedy the situation and find the answer to our problem. Thanks Shawn

Service is always great.

I am always pleased with the service at Germain. They finished my service in less than an hour. It was a regular service with no repairs required. It's always a pleasant visit.

Great Job by Beverly Coppola and Greg Libutti

I LOVE Germain Lexus. Greg Libutti was my salesperson, and does a fantastic job. He has continued to keep in touch even though I purchased my car almost 2 years ago. Beverly Coppola is my service consultant and is extremely responsive and helpful.
