RE: service rep. Beverly I live 30 miles from the dealership, was in the area of the dealership and needed an oil change. I called the service rep [Beverly] to check when I could schedule an appointment. Her response was " bring the vehicle in and I will get it done", which I did. Less than an hour later Beverly came to the customer waiting area with my keys and advised that the service was completed and the vehicle had been washed. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

Excellent overall service
The entire staff at Lexus of Naples is outstanding. I have been a long term owner and have had several service requirements. The treatment I have received is appreciated. Your personnel, especially Beverly Coppola, has made me feel llike I was a special guest. She seemed to be giving me special attention. All others have been warm and friendly. Your pricing seems high but your service is excellent

I cannot say enough positive comments about my experiences at Germain Lexus of Naples. I recently purchased my second Lexus RX350 from them and in both cases I was in and out within an hour. My highest praise goes out to sales associate Wayne McLeod. His offering of suggestions, guidance and understanding was exceptional. I also want to mention Trish Cano; I am so appreciative of the outstanding professionalism she demonstrated throughout the negotiation to get the job done. Beverly makes the service experience quite pleasant
Before I met Beverly over a year ago, I hated bringing my car into Germain - - too time consuming, service reps did not give you personalized service, and it seemed like no one could answer a question. Then I met Beverly and life at Germain has been much better!! She treats you with respect, she gets you in-and-out, and keeps you informed. She is also truly honest about everything. She's a star employee!
