New Car Purchase

We had a great purchase experience. Salesman was very helpful and made sure we understood the differences in each model and the accessories. At delivery of vehicle he took time to make sure we knew how to use all of the new car features. There was no pressure to purchase and the sale went very well.

The one thing I would change from this particular visit...

The one thing I would change from this particular visit was the time I waited between dropping the car and meeting with a service manager. 20 minutes is too long to wait before someone acknowledges your existence. I truly miss my service group from North Hills Lexus in Pittsburgh. They would not have allowed someone to wait this long. Having said that, it was a much better experience than my last when I came in with a flat tire and it took 5 days to get a set of new tires.

Chuck was very informative and also very nice. Went the distance. Did more than was necessary. Mike also helped with the paper work and made it a fun experience at taking our money. We would recommend the dealership and the personnel, including Dave the manager. Good work by all so far.

You're lucky to have Beverly and Shawn. They're always professional, courteous, friendlily, prompt, and caring. Car detailing turned out very good. Remodeled waiting area is very nice, but never have to wait too long because of your service staff.

Great Customer Service -- they listen!!!

I ended up having a spectacular experience! I bought a used RX300 in February and had never been to the service department before. I hesitated because i felt i might be undervalued (older re-sale purchase). I parked in lot (did not go to "valet" area) and went in side door to ask about the process. Found a gentleman in his office (Dave McKinney, Service Consultant) and asked him the process. He asked what the problem was and i told him my driver side window is acting up. He said to pull in under portico and they would have someone look at it -- should take about a half hour and charge would be $59.99 and the cost would be credited to any service repair work that was done. Did what i was told, Barb took my name and problem, she put window down and we couldn't get back up. She took me in to customer service area (beautiful) and said someone would be out and go over details. A young lady came up to me a little later (Bev) and told me it would take about an hour and a half and cost $159.99 to check out the problem. I was shocked, but said okay and sat back down. Thought about it for a second and, since I have been in customer service my whole life, i decided to express my confusion and called her back. Told her what the gentleman had said when i was asking about the process and she asked me who said that. Told her what office i was in at the time and she went to see Dave. Not sure what happened next, but she went back to service department a little unhappy. I again thought about it and asked the customer service lady if i could change consultants. She told me i sure could....So, i got Dave and was very, very happy with the service from then on.... I will most definitely feel comfortable coming back to Germain Lexus for any and all my service needs and feel like i will be appreciated and taken care of and no gouged.

GREAT SERVICE

Paul Green was the gentleman who looked after me and I would like to thank him for his time and care. The car was taken in promptly and the service was done in the promised time, Thank you Paul. The people were all very pleasant and the customer lounge was immaculate.
