I found John to be friendly, fast and accurate. The estimated time of labor was 6 hours and that was correct. The estimate time of completion was 4 PM. The actual time of completion was over a half hour earlier.

Both Chuck Koenig and Mike Lawson were very friendly, professional, timely and courteous. They invited me back just to say hello or to answer any questions that might arise. Chuck even offered to make a house call if there were any problems with my remote garage door opener.

Repeat Customer; EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AS USUAL!

This was our second Lexus RX350 that we have purchased from Germain Lexus of Naples. We worked with the same sales person, Chuck Koenig, on both occasions; what can I say, the experience was great and Chuck did everything he could do to answer our questions and meet our price range and needs. Even though, he is a Buckeye Fan (as a Badger I can't hold this against my Big Ten Brother), we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy; even after I told him we were shopping in Miami.... well, we soon figured out, that even though Miami may have had a slightly lower price for the car we were looking at, Miami didn't have the service. Service is what you want after the purchase and Germain Lexus, Chuck, Joe, Vinny and staff have never failed us since we have been dealing with them over the years. I look forward to our next Lexus, when the opportunity arises, and know we will be back at Germain Lexus knowing we will once again receive a quality purchasing and service experience. Thank you Germain Lexus!

I have a 2007 Lexus rx350 and leased it new then...

I have a 2007 Lexus rx350 and leased it new then purchased at the end of the lease. I love that vehicle. After 4 years I noticed that the dashboard was cracking. Then about a year ago it started flaking off. I had to put tent patches on it to stop the flow. In all my years of owning cars, I have never seen something like this happen. I live in Florida and do not leave my car out in the elements, so I was surprised that this happened. When my dashboard was being replaced and am aware that another customer was having their dashboard replaced also. Is there a problem that customers should be aware of. Or did we just get defective parts. I'm thankful that Lexus shared the cost of the replacement, but I'm not sure if this part should have had a limited warranty. Thank you for your time.
