You are treated so well, and the comfort and ammenities of the customer waiting area are great. I will always recommend a Germain dealership to anyone and everyone. So..."A girl - and her very reluctant husband walked into a Lexus Dealership"...that's how the story began! But from the moment we we greeted by Greg Libutti, and a most refreshing, smiley new trainee, it was an amazingly wonderful experience! There she was! The car we had agreed on by phone (we live a 2 1/2 hour drive away in Palm Beach). She was detailed, waiting in the showroom, and gorgeous! The paperwork was ready to complete, and being a return customer made us feel like we were visiting family. Had it not been for Elizabeth Marcantonio...a most excellent marketing professional...I might have purchased a car from Lexus of Palm Beach. It certainly would have been more convenient. But Elizabeth began e-mailing, then we spoke on the phone. She continued to be patient and not pushy, as I first explained that my family dog had passed away and I wasn't ready...then I had to go into the hospital...and without putting any pressure on me, she waited patiently, trusting that I would come to her when I was ready. The automobile, as perfect as it appeared that day, was missing one option that I couldn't live without, and I felt like I was going to cry. That was when Greg quickly got his manager, David Camposano involved. David said "Well let's get you what you want", and he moved mountains to find the perfect car, at the price we agreed on with every option I could have dreamed of! My new car was detailed and ready to drive home that evening - but I never wanted to leave the finance office...I fell in love with Roger Roberts - well, let's just say that I wanted to run home and bake him cookies. The guys all had to stay late on a Friday night...yes, just for me! And I genuinely felt that they were happy to do it. From Elizabeth in Marketing, to my patient and excellent salesman, Greg (and his brand new trainee), to David, the most charming GM I have ever met (and accomodating)!... and Roger, the Business Manager, I highly recommend Germain to anyone who has ever had a negative experience on a quest to purchase a new or used car. Even the gentleman who stayed late to detail my new automobile had a smile on his face! If you are in the market for an automobile, look no further. You will be pleasantly surprised! And to Mr. Germain, and the entire Lexus family..."Bravo" - and thank you from the bottom of my heart! God Bless!

Fantastic Dealership
I have had the recent pleasure of experiencing the most enjoyable car acquisition of my time at your fine dealership. My salesperson, Greg Libutti, far exceeded any expectations I could muster! Never in my lifetime have I experienced such detailed, attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and professional ?care? from a salesperson. The list could go on and on with compliments regarding his diligence. I have a critical view of quality customer service/sales as I have years of experience as a customer service/sales training specialist. Greg?s is exemplary! Kudos also to David Camposano, Mike Lawson, Brett Shields and Beverly Coppola! The quality of service I received will certainly make me a ?customer for life?! Supportive Staff
This was my first experience buying a car, and I couldn't have asked for a smoother and more seamless process than the one I had at Germain Lexus today. I knew that I had to write a review because I was so impressed with how helpful everyone was in what could have been a lengthy and complicated process. My request was unique, as it involved the selling, transfer, and buying between three cars and two parties. However, Sales Consultant Frank Smith was patient and helped to expedite the process, and we were able to resolve all of the complicated issues (including a trip to the DMV) within an afternoon! I drove away in my new Lexus feeling like even though I was leaving, I could always come back or call Frank or anyone at the dealership with questions and concerns. Quite frankly, Lexus has the best customer service around, and I feel safe knowing that I have roadside assistance and a warranty that will make sure my car is cared for no matter where I am in the country. Plus, you really can't beat getting free oil changes and car washes for your car! I am so delighted by my purchase and experience today, and look forward to working with Germain Lexus in the future.

I needed to get Zylon coating on my new Is 350 and new floor mats. I was given a loaner immediately, the service manager came to talk about the coloring of the mats and the business manager personally made sure every detail was ok. Friendliness and quality of service were outstanding.

I have been a Lexus owner for about 7 years now, having...
I have been a Lexus owner for about 7 years now, having had all maintenance performed at Germain Lexus of Naples for the last 5 years. I’m taking the time to write about my experience with Germain because it has been so positive that I believe this type of service must be acknowledged. The service manager (who is also my “service advisor”) is Shawn Chapman. Personally speaking as a single woman, I sometimes get the feeling that automotive repair shops think they can take advantage of me financially, assuming I don’t know much about mechanics. I realize they are in the business to make money, but many times I’ve gotten the impression they are attempting to make as much money off of me as possible, in order to meet some type of “quota” to be profitable at the end of the month. However, this is definitely not the case at Germain, and especially not with Shawn Chapman. Every interaction I’ve ever had with Shawn (about 5-6 times over the past 5 years) has been extremely positive and has left me feeling that I was well taken care of. He always explains everything to my satisfaction, and patiently and kindly answers all of my 20+ questions! He seems to be able to place himself in my shoes, which gives me the sense that he’s on my side. He actually offers options that can save me money, and will tell me when it’s ok to wait a little longer before having a particular repair or service performed. For example, I recently thought I needed brake pads due to some squeaking, but after inspection, he told me the pads were at a “5” and that I could wait until they wore down to a “3” or even a “2”. I appreciated his honesty very much since I’m the type of person who believes “if it’s not broken, don’t fix it”. As a side note, I’ve always been able to read people very well and can typically discern when someone is being dishonest, manipulative, or trying to take advantage of me. However, behind Shawn’s big smile and pleasant demeanor, is a genuine, honest person who has proven himself to be very trustworthy. Therefore, having said all this – based on my personal experience - I highly recommend Germain Lexus of Naples and specifically, Shawn Chapman. When it comes to dealerships wanting a positive image or representation of their business, Shawn Chapman is the face of excellent customer service and satisfaction. It would serve Germain very well if they could figure out a way to clone this guy and place him in all of their dealerships! Needless to say, Germain has truly earned my business, and they will have it for as long as I own a Lexus! Marian Woods

I originally saw Hanny the first time I came in and we discussed many times on the phone..pricing and availablity and options. He was always very efficient, courteous and friendly. The day I came into sign the paperwork I dealt with Greg Libutti. What a wonderful asset he is to your organization. He spent several hours with me going through the paperwork along with Mike Lawson in the financial department. Greg is professional, well organized, engaging, and made me feel like I was part of Germain family from the moment I sat down. His demeanor and professionalism is most impressive. I would recommend to any of my friends that they come in and deal with Greg. Mike Lawson in the financial end of the procedure was very helpful, very pleasant and explained everything fully and completely to me. He answered all of my questions immediately without hesitation, and again He is a great asset to your organization. The entire experience that day at Germain was impressive. Five years of pleasant competent experiences
This is an outstanding dealership. My wife and I leased a new 2009 RX350 here. Showing of the vehicle was outstanding and answered all our questions almost before we asked them(They anticipated!). When the lease expired we bought the car here. The process was smooth and most pleasant. There were two main reasons we bought the vehicle at the end of the lease. First was the quality of the Rx350 itself both in driveablility and lack of any maintenance problems at all. Second was the way Germain treated us when we came in for routine service. Their personnel are polite and competent. to the extent that I can say they are truly the best dealer I have experienced in 50 years of buying and owning cars.
