TERRIBLE service, average cars at BEST.

Rotten customer service, promises made that are not kept. Watch out, they will even do the old 'Oh, don't worry, we'll mail that documentation to you' game, but you'll never receive critical documentation. A bad dealer, with bad service. Definitely to be avoided. Get a Kia and save yourself a LOT of aggravation and MONEY.

Customer service

I had not taken my car there before as I lease it from Tom Wood Lexus in Indianapolis. However, it was easy to make my appointment on line and the service person was friendly and nice. My car was ready in an hour, which is what they told me. Only problem was I had to go back to Germain as the tech had not turned off the maintenance required on my dash board. I will certainly go back to Germain for further service. The dealership is clean and nice and the lounge is very comfortable.

Service Department- Thank goodness for Beverly

If you've got all day to wait then this customer service is perfect. All staff are courteous and pleasant. However, compared to the Lexus dealerships near my other home the check in for service here is inefficient and time consuming. Even when arriving early or on time for schedule appointment it has never taken less than 20 minutes for the service consultant to discuss the needed work. (In NY it takes less than 1 minute to be greeted and met by the consultant). This dealership is stingy with loaners. Again, a time issue. If the service takes less than 3 hours then- no loaner(!) We are not retired and are in Naples for our limited leisure time- not to sit in a dealership. (At the busy dealership in NY- again- always a loaner if requested so you don't waste your day waiting). It is extremely annoying to sit for 20-30 minutes just to drop off the car and see not busy service consultants sitting in their offices reading their cell phones or computers- not moving customers through the process. The best thing this service center did was hire Beverly Coppola. She is friendly, knowledgable and efficient. She puts the meaning of "service" in the title. Though we dread having to schedule a service appointment here, since she has come onboard we know we are in good hands.

Great Buying Experience

We recently purchaced new cars for the first time in 10 years! Frank Smith did a great job of bringing us up to date and guiding us through the buying process. We are now the happy owners of new RX350s.

Visiting Germain Lexus and working with Greg Libutti was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, friendly, and professional. Greg provided me with excellent service while making me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire experience from the test drive through signing my lease. The other employees of Germain Lexus were also exceptionally friendly and encouraging.
