Absolutely fantastic!
This was a deal I never expected and all thanks to a terrific salesman, Zak, and the Sales Manager. Honestly, I couldn't refuse their offer and will continue to patronize this dealership. I have owned many Rav 4's...here in FL and in PA. I don't need to hear how great a Toyota is...I already know! However, the personal that Gettel hires...makes the deal! Both men were very professional, courteous, and just a pleasure to deal with! Many thanks for going above and beyond as I truly appreciate everything!

False Advertising
I went to Gettel with a coupon for an oil change. They tried to tack on $16 for oil above the quoted price on the coupon. They try to up-sell other services. Unfortunately, they succeeded (after they sold me, they came into the waiting room and did the exact same with another customer...). When I went to pay, they added other shop fees that were not in the quote. Said it is normal to add parts and fees. Not at any other car service I have ever gone to!. So, then they tried to just subtract the incremental fee, and leave the tax charge on the higher total. Three times wrong - and no apology or remorse. Acted like it was my problem. Clearly dishonest. If it was an honest mistake, they would have been apologetic. Will never go back. P.S. The A/C maintenance resulted in a horrible noise from the fan - like they damaged it!

Hightlander
Over all not so bad. Sales person was awesome (chad) its only 2 thinks i have to complain about and one of them its a safety use wish i am i lil worried about. And that's the tire on my highlinder acording to sale person tires have to be at lease 50% to be a toyota certified vehicle. Well the to on the back are like brand new but the 2 in the front pretty bad they are not 50%% for sure. I was with my family driving to sarasota the other day and it have rain a lil bit at i stop on a traffic light and the suv slide a lil bit and there are not cheap to replace. The other issue was how much they value my car as a trade in well they us the lowest they can't to make the most they can. Well understood its a business they need to make money but my car was in very good shape in the low side i was words at least 500 more. But i need it a suv fast. So i have to settle with wet even i can. Other than that good experience

My sales Personnel was very helpful very patient with us. He answer all our questions. We didn't intend to buy that day but then we got a great offer we couldn't resist and we are very pleased and we will go back again if we ever need to. Great work everyone.
