I had excellent service and Joan made buying my car a real pleasant experience. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I have been a Gettel Toyota customer for 11 years and I have never been disappointed. The car looks and runs great and I recommend Joan and Gettel to all my friends.

New 2016 Camry
We purchased a new Camry in April 2016. We were very pleased with the salesman, Juan. He was friendly, non-aggressive, and knowledgeable. 2017 Tacoma purchase
I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma at Gettel Toyota. John Legault greeted me when I arrived he was very professional and did not pressure me at all with sales pitches. I had only gone there to look quickly for a truck and ended up getting a very good deal that I couldn't turn down. Needless to say I drove away with the Tacoma four hours later. Because they were professional and gave me a fair price they had my sale!

Body Shop...
I could have not been more please with both the communication between myself and the Gettel employee ( Grant) who called me on a regular basis to give me progress updates. My vehicle was return earlier than expected and the repair exceeded my expectations.

Great place to buy tires!!!!!!!!
Had a blowout on my Landcruiser. Looked at the production date and found out two of the tires were over 10 years old. Called to get a price on two tires. Thought the price was a little high until I checked the tire stores and club warehouses. Gettel was cheaper for the same tires. Got me in, took care of my tires without trying to sell me a bunch on other stuff. Was out in a couple of hours. They even bought me breakfast and a car wash. Can't beat them.

Consistently good service on my Prius.
I live closer to another Toyota store and still choose this shop for all my repairs. Every time I bring my Automobile to this store I feel like I have issues resolved efficiently. I don't get the sense that they overcharge or recommend unneeded services. Really good service at this dealership.

Unexpected, happy experience
I had a 2015 Prius and was not looking for another Prius. Cody called me about my service and mentioned $ 3,000 off inventory stock. I took the bait and went in. Cody was very personable. Being that he is new, he needed some support from other staff members and the Team Work was great. They all assisted Cody. I am very pleased with Cody and his co-workers. I can't remember the names of all involved. Thank you all for all your ""Team work". Cody is a wonderful sales person who I feel go far in this sales business he is now learning. Great place to find a new car
I shopped every Toyota store in the Bradenton/Sarasota area and Gettel Toyota of Bradenton had the best deals hands down. If you want a great deal on a new car I would recommend these guys. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.
