My new car right off the show room floor

Very nice day with a very nice and profession salesman Chad Lash. The only thing wrong was after we made the deal with Chad the paper work took way too long.

Accomodating

We were happy with Ryan Overstreet's service to us as a buyer in a hurry, knowing that we were in a time crunch due to our busy work schedules, within a certain budget and a few demands that may have been quirky. He worked with us. He followed up and was a delight to work with.

Great salesman!

Would love to give a big shout out to my salesman, Jon Legault. Not only was he professional, knowledgeable but also extremely cordial and friendly. At no time did I feel pressured but quite relaxed purchasing my new Toyota Corolla Eco which I love! Jon went out of his way to help me with a payment I was comfortable with. He also went the extra mile staying way past closing AND setting up my navigation system. Thanks to Jon I can honestly say that my buying experience was a pleasure and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top shelf saleperson.

Service

I just moved to the Bradenton area and needed to take my car for service. Had a great experience at this dealer. It took less time I expected, agent was courteous and explained what was done to my car. I know I will be bringing my car again.

Great buying exsperience!

Was able to workout price via email and phone. Went in for test drive and paperwork no surprises in and out in two hours!!!!!

Satisfied customer

The staff is very professional. They were willing to work with me on the deal I specifically wanted when other Toyota dealerships could not. They were also able to get the specific truck with all the features that I wanted, which other dealerships were having a hard time with. Ryan Overstreet was my salesman. He still contacts me from time to time to make sure everything is good and I am satisfied.

Disappointed

I recently had my 2006 Toyota 4 Runner in for service, 5/13/2016. I had oil change, tires rotated, wipers replaced all around, new headlamp. During the recent tropical storm, I found that after my service my back window wiper and washer do not work anymore, and that the service technician did not refill any fluids during the service, ie., windshield wiper fluid, as I found today, that my windshield wiper fluid is gone. They obviously did not fill the fluid at the time of service. Let alone that the back wiper does not work at all now since my service. I have been a Toyota owner for over 25 years and have only had my vehicles serviced at Toyota Dealers. This is the first time that in those 25 years that my fluids were not topped off/refilled, as part of the 27 point inspection. Makes me wonder what other fluid levels were checked and not topped off or refilled, like transmission fluid, brake fluid, transfer case oil, etc. You were very quick to recommend me to do preventative maintenance items costing around $2000, and try to sell me a new car, but can't even top off/fill my windshield wiper fluid and make sure that the rear window wiper and washer were in working order at the end of the service visit.
