Nuri: Friendly, exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, great sense of humor, willingness to assist, personable, thorough, excellent sales person, goes above and beyond her job requirements/responsibilities. Her demeanor seems to be warm and genuine with a great sense of humor. Purchasing a vehicle can be stressful. Somewhat similar to purchasing a home, but less expensive. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Because of our experience with her, we will definitely return to your dealership to purchase another vehicle in the future. The Sales staff greeted me as soon as I walked into the Dealership. I was greeted first by Nuri Reed. She was very friendly and courteous. She asked good open ended questions, to find out information about what I was looking for in a car. She was very personal, and made me feel welcome. I have been using Gettel Toyota for my primary go to for quality service. I bought my first Toyota Tercel back in 1996 after which I bought a 1998 Toyota RAV 4. I had the RAV for 15 years and I have to say that I have NEVER owned a car for more than 3 years because the previous cars were all American. When I stepped into the Gettel Toyota showroom, there was no pressure and the ease of transitioning from one car to another was not only easy, but stress free. I knew what I wanted and they offered a great deal. I am now the proud owner of a 2013 RAV 4 which I am leasing. I have never leased and I have to say I feel very comfortable with the deal. The RAV is beautiful and the saleswoman who helped me took the time to show me all the necessary gadgets and great things this SUV does whereas other places would not have taken their time. She was truly remarkable and the next time I buy or lease a car, it will be through the Gettel Toyota on 14th St here in beautiful Bradenton, Florida. Thanks for the experience!
