I have owned 3 Toyotas and all 3 were purchased at Gettel Toyota. There is a closer dealer to me but it just doesn't compare to Gettel. The people are super friendly and down to earth. They are not pushy and are extremely patient and knowledgeable about their vehicle models.If one person doesn't have the answer, then they find someone who does. They spend time with you if you don't understand something. The facilities are clean and comfortable and they provide free beverages and snacks. All of those things make a difference to the sale of a car. From the wonderful sales person, to the manager, to the finance officer, this dealer is top notch. I can't say enough good things about Gettel Toyota and its workforce.

I had a fabulous experience with Remi. He was very kind, informative and not pushy at all. He was also extremely patient with me. I went to several other dealerships and decided to go back with Remi. I love my car and the customer service I received from him. He was very thorough. He explained in detail everything I needed/wanted to know. He went above and beyond to help me with every question. (I was very iffy about purchasing a new car) with his confidence an help I was reassured I made the right decision . I'm very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend Remi to anyone. I plan on sending my friends and family to him for sure in the near future!!!! ;-)

Never Buying Another Car Here
Very aggressive, rushing sales culture with the typical "talk to the manager" xxxxxxand shifting terms of discussion. We started with a car we sort of liked, but I felt as though we could not look at more cars there to make sure we were happy with our choice. At least in the pre-owned section, they are definitely not interested in helping you find the best vehicle for you. In the end I think we would have preferred a different car, and I regret ever walking in the door. We won't be buying another car from Gettel. That said, our experience with the service dept. has been quite positive.

Be careful of Finance manager Antoine Thomas
Be very careful of buying with Gatorland Toyota. They used my name and checking account information to sign me up with a third party company called SmartPay and illegally signed my name to a contract that not only debits my account but also agreed I would pay a $399 fee to join this company. Upon calling them out they immediately back pedaled and got the contract cancelled but have yet to refund the money taken from my account as promised.

I just leased a 2013 Rav 4 and am very pleased with the customer service I received. Hector was very friendly, knowledgeable, and asked the right questions to get me into the vehicle I wanted, and needed. Chris Crews was also very helpful, getting me to a comfortable monthly payment. I love my new car and would highly recommend Gettel.

my wife and I were very happy with our visit.Salesperson Hector Vega was very friendly and easy to talk to. he asked me questions I didn't think to ask myself.They went out off their way to get the colors and extras that we are know enjoying. When we left the lot blue tooth was all set and ready to go while we listening to Pandora on a great music system. Thank you manager Chis and the rest of the staff for making it a stress free visit.
