Haggled over 600 dollars after being a repeat customer

Haggled over 600 dollars after being a repeat customer biut in the end they made right, other than the car wasn?t detailed or cleaned said didn?t have time because had trouble getting oil filter for change and had a new customer

Hands down the best service department!

Hands down the best service department! Michelle helped out so much being my service advisor. I would recommend Lexus of Birmingham all day. Very knowledgeable. Very professional and friendly.

I gave the dealership $1,000 to hold a vehicle for me

I gave the dealership $1,000 to hold a vehicle for me that was “already in the pipeline”. This vehicle was already coming in to inventory and my hold had no effect on the dealership. I notified the dealership that would not be able to drive this vehicle due to back surgery. I asked the sales person to try to find a different model Lexus. He was unable to satisfy my request. I then went to Lexus of Montgomery who filled my request within a week. They found the vehicle at a dealership in Smyrna GA and I took delivery on February 21st. I’ve contacted both the salesman (Mr. Lewis) and sales manager (Mr. Jones) to return the $1,000 HOLD money. Neither even had the courtesy to respond. I sent an email to the General Manager but that email bounced back to me as undeliverable. Don’t do business here, go to Montgomery.
