Was greeted by Gary Mugnier when we walked in the door. He listened to what type of SUV we wanted and gave information on SUV's available. We then were able to drive the RX350 and was shown all the features available on this particular model. He was very helpful choosing colors and finding us the right one. He never seemed upset when we changed our minds about colors, features or even trying a smaller SUV.
