Great Service

Great, fast service. The guy assisting with my pickup was especially nice and helpful. He even transferred by packages and bags from the loaner vehicle back over to my personal vehicle. 5 stars all the way!

Accountant/Bookkeeper

Sales team is friendly and professional. A pleasure to talk to and work with. The paperwork process is inefficient and there is a lack of follow up. Phone calls not returned from the finance department. The sales team is not updated from the Finance department as to any delays or problems pending.

Lexus purchase -- smooth and problem-free

Salesperson (Joe Zeck) was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He worked up purchase and lease options for my review and explained each clearly. Pricing was fair and in line with Kelly Blue Book info and other online sources. I never felt pressured or hurried in coming to a decision.

Lexus Purchase

Sales staff were very friendly and not pushy. Very nice facility also. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a Lexus. Craig and Berry were great!
