They are the first dealership that has actually been able
They are the first dealership that has actually been able to work with my credit without a huge down payment. They went out of their way to make sure I got approved and was happy with the car I got. Could not be happier with my 15 Cruz and with their service! Robert Pears and the guys there are awesome!!

Overcharged!
Overcharged!Took my 2015 Toyota Highlander (2.7 liter engine) in for oil change. Estimated cost was $97.70. Total cost $123.60. Invoice states that they put in 7 quarts of oil ($7.74/quart). All prior oil change invoices state 5 quarts of oil were used. Owners manual states 4.6 quarts max. They added an Engine Oil Supplement for $18 without my approval. What a rip-off!!!

Special shout out to Rachel and the entire Service
Special shout out to Rachel and the entire Service Department @ Bill Penney. My 2021 RAV 4 is my first Toyota experience and I continue to tell everyone because of the exceptional service I get from Bill Penney I don't even consider owning another car. I went in for an oil change yesterday and they sent me a video of what they were doing and let me know my tires needed to be replaced. Great price and I was ready to get my car before lunch! Always a great experience here!

Buyer beware!!!
A month ago I brought my brother to Bill Penney to look for a car. I normally get my cars from auctions to avoid the car note but I decided to take a look this time because I travel a lot nowadays and I needed something reliable. When we got there we were helped by Robert Pears. I express to Robert that I’m only willing to buy because I need a reliable car. After helping my brother with a 2015 Chrysler 200 I asked if he had anything the same price or lower? After checking the site there was another Chrysler 200 on the lot. When I went to look at it the only difference I noticed was the price was 2k higher. I asked Robert why was the price higher and both cars are the exact same. He said “maybe it because bill penny has more money into that car than my brothers car. However they worked the deal out when we got the car affects the price.” Although that may be true, I came to the conclusion that Robert Pears’s product knowledge was little to none when it came to that car. He told me it was exactly the same as my brothers car but it wasn’t. I later found that it had added features that I didn’t want. The one I bought was the sport version and has a V6. My brother’s has a 4-cylinder which is what I wanted due to all the upcoming traveling and gas prices. Another reason i bought the car was to have acces to the service department. I’m not a mechanic🤷🏽♂️ And needed the peace of mind of being able to bring it in when I needed to. Robert Pears assured me that I could bring it in at any time and they will take a look at it. He didn’t tell me that it’ll be Days before someone would look at it. Nor did he tell me that there was certain things Bill penny couldn’t do. The service guy told me that they don’t even have the tools to check my transmission. Had to find out the hard. (Fast forward) Two weeks later my brothers car starts running hot and when he added fluid it ran right back out. Two weeks after that my car does the same thing. Not only that but it hesitates between 4-5 gear. I bring it back to bill penny and honestly it seems that nobody cares, Even Robert Pears. I come in, wall to the desk, tell the guy what’s wrong and he sends me to the Toyota service department. I get there and they say I have to come back to the Mitsubishi side. On my way back I see Robert pears for like the 3rd time and he finally stops and speaks I flagged him down. He pretty much says the same thing, to take it back to toyatoa. After that interaction with him he pretty much said nothing else to me until he walked out by he door with a family. He asked if they got me, I said no and he kept going. I understand that I’m not the only customer and was willing to wait until he was done. But after seeing him go from one customer to the next, it became frustrating, and obvious that he wasn’t gona help me so I called an Uber. Now Robert was very very very persistent in asking me to leave a review. He even called me to ask me to go and leave a review. I took my time in doing so because I wanted to give the cars time but I assured him I would. At this point I really have nothing good to say and because I wanted to keep my word I felt that I should at least call Robert Pears on the phone and let him know that I will not leave a review because if I leave one it will be negative. I told him that I’ll just not leave a review instead of leaving a negative one and I shared with him my experience. I’m not sure if he felt guilt or took what I said personal but customer service went or the window. He began to get defensive and rude and wound let me get a sentence out without cutting me off. I had to constantly ask him to let me talk, and to stop cutting me off. His attitude was so bad on the phone that I said “ you know what, I’ll go ahead and leave that review” Not to mention that the whole time I’m thinking I’m getting the car for 17k as advertised but ended up paying around 27k!!

Buyer Beware!!!
Buyer Beware!!! I recently bought a 2022 Toyota Corolla at Bill Penny Toyota. The car was the biggest rip off I ever witnessed on a vehicle. I originally went into the dealership on June 14th, 2022. I picked up the car on Tuesday the 28th after calling the dealership several times on Monday finding out they received the car last Saturday. As a customer I should of never had to call them to take delivery. They should of been calling me first. I will disclose the illegal tactic of them using an illegal strategy of something call PAYMENT PACKING when presenting the payment for a vehicle to finance with them. I will disclose this tactic to the Federal Trade Commission soon. I am disclosing here on social media all the evidence of the MSRP price for the car as well as the extra nearly $11,000 on top of the original MSRP out the door price they charged from start to finish selling me a car. If I could I would give them negative stars. This platform only allows you to give 1 star which is not even warranted. They also said in the contract that I had received the car on June 14th, 2022 although it was not coming in until June 28th, 2022. The payment is due now only 2 weeks after receiving the vehicle when it should be at least 30 days. Bill Penny has only guaranteed that I will never ever buy another car from them or refer anyone to them. I was planning on buying a truck next year for myself and giving the Corolla to my wife. But after getting ripped off so horribly by Bill Penny Toyota I will be looking to do business elsewhere. I will also being reporting them to the Better Business Buerau. If you have any questions as a buyer how not to get ripped off in the future from them please comment below. Here is all the evidence of illegal PAYMENT PACKING, price gouging on sale of car and finance department, and the lack of transparency with it comes to the actual prices of anything. It is like a bait and switch they show me online the MSRP price of $21,958 that enticed me to even go to the dealership in the first place. Big mistake I should of negotiated everything via the internet by email before even going to the dealership at all. Keep in mine I have excellent credit. Then they said that vehicle online was unavailable. The only Corollas they had on the lot were 2022 Corolla SE's. They tried to sale me one of those but all I wanted was an LE. I see an MSRP price I want for a 2022 Bluish/Gray Corolla LE at a price tag of $23,145. Already a red flag as the advertised price online is different then at the dealership. A little over a thousand dollars not too crazy yet. But when they give me the final price without any special warranties or gap insurance the price is set at $28,363.28. An over $5,000 difference in the MSRP price I just saw shown in the picture below. The Sales person explains the price as a market adjustment and sales tax. After the make believe price is offered to me they send me over to finance where they tack on another nearly $6,000 to the car. The grand total out the door price of a basic 2022 Corolla LE disclosed below in a picture came to $34,154.78. To all the consumers out there beware of Bill Penny Toyota's PRICE GOUGING and PRICE PACKING. What do you all think about a payment of $526.26 per month payment for a basic 2022 Toyota Corolla LE for 72 Months? I feel like I should of been able to have a brand new Camry for that price. Happy car hunting.
