Excellent Service

The sales staff and finance department are very nowledgeable,thorough, and efficient. Buying a vehicle from Southern Chevrolet was the easiest car buy experience ever. I highly recommend these guys!

Awesome dealership

Not good

Terrible service guy doing the keys acted like he was being bothered thank god for Angie she helped me , the reason I try and use other dealerships I wish the owner, are mgmt. would ask me , I could help them. I would help them with there decline of service they have

A very pleasant experience

Our experience was very pleasant. We had an oxygen sensor light come on. Scott Bennett was very patient with us and explained everything in detail to us that might need to be done and gave us an estimate before the work was started. Fortunately, the part we needed was in stock and we were on our way after a short stay in the lobby. They even have seating outside to enjoy the sunshine. Truck Broke down heading to St. Augustine

We were in Gulf Shores when a DEF message came up. Scott Bennett did a great job getting our truck repaired, and getting us on the road to St. Augustine, Fl.

When I bought my truck I was real happy with the service...

When I bought my truck I was real happy with the service the sales guy was really good little did I know when they offered me a extended warranty it did not extend anything figuring it would have extended the powertrain warranty all it did was match the manufacture warranty which was 5 year 60000 mile at 76000 miles my transmission went out and can’t get a call back a new transmission cost 5600 dollars I think I paid almost 3000 for extended warranty for absolutely nothing and now stuck with having to buy transmission. At this point I don’t recommend Chevrolet and don’t ever get an extended warranty because it doesn’t extend anything their sale does not benefit the buyer.
