Great Experience
I came to the Honda Lot andBill Davis heard what we were looking for and showed us the features of a few cars. The search was narrowed into a 2015 Honda CRV with 30 miles on the odometer. It met the "wants list", it later met "the cost list" so we made a deal. We got a fair trade in on our Honda Odysee. My wife and I left happy with our car. We got a follow-up call from Bill the next day. Intact we came back to the Honda lot twice in 2 days and Bill was fully available to answer more questions. We came from Georgia and wanted to buy a car on that day! My Brother Ryan Dickerson is the Parts Manager at Subaru and he highly recommended any of the Darrell Waltrip Brands. I am very pleased with the car buying experience that we had with Darrell Waltrip. Bill Davis and Ryan Dickerson did an awesome job with recommendations and the final sale. Good experience
Lyle was very helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted. This is my third Subaru and I am familiar with the quality of the product. My older Forester was getting serviced and we were wanting to look for a new one.Lyle did not make me feel "handled" or pressured and was diligent about keeping me informed on the progress of finding my Forester.Explanation of the various service options was handled in a professional way. I hope to do business with the Darrel Waltrip dealership again in the future.

Great car and a great buying experience!!
After not being in the market for 10 years (135k miles on my Honda Ridgeline), I started my car search in early November. I began with Darrell Waltrip since we have purchased several cars from you all and have appreciated the service each time. Radek was the first sales person that I talked to. He was very helpful and knowledgable. After my first trip, I settled on a Subaru Outback. A death in the family took me out of the market for a few weeks. During that time Radek followed up appropriately but didn't push. Once I was able to get back to the dealership, I was able to buy the car that I wanted at a fair price. I am more than pleased with the car and the buying experience.

Excellent Servie Department
2012 XC90 was towed to DW Service early Saturday morning. Ryan called me as soon as the car arrived, followed up with me during the day to apprise me the problems. Could not have received better service. This is my 8th Volvo since 1980 and the First one I purchased at DW. Although it is an inconvenience to drive to Franklin from Nashville for service, It is well worth it. The Service and Personnel are 2nd to None and are to be commended for their Customer Service, Concern and Compassion to their customers.

ridiculous
I've been waiting 3 hours for an oil change on my outback which I had an appointment for. when I went to ask about my car, the service guy had no clue. he finally came back 15 min later and said the back got out of order. when I told him I have been waiting 3 hours, he said "it hasn't been that long.". Really!!! I have never had any issue here before, but this is ridiculous. this makes me want to find a different dealer for all of my future Subaru needs.

Subaru Franklin TN
This is my third brand new car purchase but my 5th car purchase. I've never met a car salesman as nice as David Blanton. He spent quality time with me and never pressured me. I ordered the vehicle I wanted and when it came in he took the time to go over everything with me and made sure I was comfortable with everything so I could drive it home. I was treated so well it didn't feel like the regular car buying process I was used to. It was so much better. If I could I would give David better than 5 stars and better than a 10. I will definitely recommend that my friends and family go see David and the Franklin TN Subaru. Thanks for such a great experience and the best car buying experience ever!

Trent Henderson is honest & great to work with
I purchased a 2016 Subaru Forester. I had come in to look to see what you had. Your dealership has been recommended to me by a couple of people. When I came in I met Trent Henderson one of your sales consultants, when I arrived and he was extremely friendly and personable. I enjoyed working with him he was extremely helpful, he made sure that I was comfortable due to my injury and found me a place to sit while we talked. I had come in only to look and ended up leaving with a new 2016 Subaru Forester with extended warranty of 72 months or 60000 miles and oil change program and I don't remember what its called but its that protection for the paint and the fabric in the car. However I cannot say how much I appreciate Trent he was so great and he went over everything with me with my new car before I left, he also told me that if I had any other questions to call him and he would answer any further questions I had. I have had a couple of questions and have called Trent and he has answered those questions for me and I so appreciate that. I have never worked with a better car salesman then Trent. Trent also gave me the card of a service consultant to call if I needed any service on my car.

Great buying experience with Jeff Barnett
Stopped in for our first look at the CR-V. Our first contact was Jeff Barnett. Told Jeff we were just looking and not buying in the near future. Jeff was very knowledgeable (not something you find in all sales persons) and answered all of our questions. His approach made us feel he was helping us rather than selling us. Though we told him we were not buying in the near future, he spend as much time as we needed. Our interest grew in the CR-V and Jeff was good with follow up questions and a second drive. Almost 3 weeks later we have purchased the CR-V EX-L. If the vehicle is as good as Jeff was helpful, we will be very pleased with it.

way beyond normal custom service levels delivered
car broke down on my husband way to work at 6am. He was able to get it to the car dealer and I took our pick up and met him at Darrell Waltrip at 6:30am so he could leave and make it to work in Nashville on time. Even though they were not officially open yet they let me inside on that cold and rainy day to wait for 2 hours for their shuttle to take me back home to Spring Hill--this was on Friday. On Monday I was having extensive arm surgery and unable to drive for weeks. They fixed the car over a few days and found out the real problem with the code that kept coming up on it. By the end of the week the car was finished but I was having a problem figuring out how we would get my husband 30 minute drive north of our house to pick up the car so I called Kwame at the dealership asking for another favor. To have the car delivered to our home. He understood our medical issue and special request and had the porters deliver it to our home that day so when my husband got home from work he only had to worry about taking care of me and not chasing around to get a ride to get the car the next morning. They went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us. Thank you so much.

Go see Bill Davis at DW Honda
I bought the first 2016 Honda Civic Touring from Darrell Waltrip Honda. Bill Davis was my sales person. Working with Bill was great. He was very prompt to respond to any questions I had. He never made me feel like I was under any pressure to buy although I'm sure if I had let go of the keys someone else was standing in line behind me to buy the car. Unlike many car sales people I have met, Bill knows a lot about the products he sales and he lives it. He owns a Honda. Also, while my wife and I were finalizing the deal on the car, Bill was in the lobby helping me kids get in the race car and texting their pictures to me... so funny. He could have been after that next sale but he was laser focused on staying with us from beginning to end. I will be recommending Bill Davis to everyone that tells me they are considering a Honda.
