Rob and Amanda and Zach did an awesome job. I was able to purchase a car from Robert in Sales a few months ago and recently got into an accident. Between Rob and Amanda helping me feel comfortable and calming me down, Zach was able to get the parts ordered for my car to be repaired based on Rob and Amands's pictures. Big praises for the entire staff from sales to service to parts!!!!!

The service has never been below excellent! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We are always greeted and treated as if we are the most important people there. The updates and attention to detail is not surpassed by anyone else!

The Franklin dealership has the best service department anywhere. I took my Forester in for air conditioning checkup, Brian arranged for a loaner, checked with me during the afternoon regarding results and had my Forester back to me in a timely manner.
