excellent service

We bought a 2014 outback in October of 2013. From the first time I walked on the lot to this past Tuesday's 30K check up, I have received excellent attention and care -- excellent quality car and service of car, friendly, dependable, reasonable price, clean facility and professional employees... Because I trust them so much I will only let them service my car. I love my Subaru and I love my Darrel Waltrip service center!

Poor Customer Service

Tried to work with a salesman there for a car that was advertised and he wouldn't help me at all. Guess they don't need to sell cars.

Exceptional dealership

Everyone from the Sales manager, sales consultant, business dept. to the guys in parts were exceptional to deal with. We drove out with a Subaru Forester, our first, and have been very pleased with it all the way back home to Missouri. Randi, our sales consultant was very helpful in explaining the particulars of the the Forester and made our test drive an enjoyable experience. Bill, the sales manager was very supportive, straight forward and honest in our dealings.

Recommend this dealership for your new car.

Our buying experience was very comfortable and everyone at the Honda dealership was exceptional. David, our sales consultant was very knowledgable about the Honda Accord line. He answered all our questions concerning the Accord Sport, which we had decided on and walked us through on the use of all the features the car provided. The drive back home to Missouri confirmed we made a great choice. My wife followed me home in her new Subaru Forester purchase from the same dealership.

Great cars, great service!

I brought my 2011 Legacy in because a trouble light had come on. The staff worked me into their schedule promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and my car continues to run great. Excellent car, excellent service! This is the third car and second Subaru that I have purchased from Darrell Waltrip, and I am very pleased with the vehicles and all other aspects of the experience.

Simply Awesome Service!

We recently purchased a 2008 Subaru Tribeca. We immediately started to have dash indicator lights go off and wanted to figure out the issue. We brought it in thinking it would be a pretty simple fix, but found out that it would cost over $4500. We purchased this vehicle because it was affordable and, just having had a baby that spent some time in the NICU, our available finances are low due to medical expenses. The service advisor was awesome! He is working with us to get the work done and to help make the repairs easier to afford. We are hoping to complete this work in the near future. I want to thank Ryan Collins for being so good to us and working with us. He truly showed us that he cares and definitely made a believer out of us that the Darrell Waltrip brand stands for customers first, then business.

Waltrip Quality

Jimmy and the service staff always treat me like family. The bad: I purchased my Honda from the pre-owned inventory and to be honest, experienced a shady sales manager. I was able to negotiate a successful sale, but buyers, be prepared if you buy pre-owned. The good: Waltrip takes good care of my Accord, now at close to 200k miles (just broken in.) I have owned several Hondas and they all EXCEEDEDED my expectations. My experience has been that Honda provides the best quality vehicle available when comparing ROI (return on investment) against other brands. Giovanni

Great Service extended vehicle life

Darrel Waltrip Honda has always provided fair and accurate service on my 2006 Honda Accord. I have returned to this location for service since purchasing the vehicle in 2007. Due to the exemplary service, the vehicle has performed well and delivered on expectations for a Honda.
