Appointment problem
I called no less than 4 times and kept leaving messages for Alexis. After waiting several days with no call back, I tried one last time. Was told by her to come in at 8am the next morning for my appointment. I came in to drop my car off and was told it would be a couple days to get the car looked at. Why on earth would she tell me to come in the next day? I understand it is a busy time with holidays approaching so why didn't she tell me what I should expect. Besides not returning calls, she does a horrible job at actually making appointments. I have work, kids , and a very busy schedule like everyone else. I took my car and left. I would have made arrangements if I would have known it was not going to be looked at right away. I had an issue with her last time I was in but apparently, nothing has changed. You lost a. very good customer with 4 Fords in the family.

Car Buying Experience
Our overall experience was great. The thing that stood out the most for us was the effort and awesome customer service we received from Brian. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the process of purchasing our used Jeep Wrangler. Brian is not what you would picture as the usual car salesman. Brian shows he cares about the customer and their needs. If we ever are in need of another vehicle I will be sure to go directly to him! Awesome job Brian and thank you for an easy car buying experience!

Great car buying experience, the salesman was very helpful!
Everyone from the receptionist to the salesman was very polite and professional. My salesman, Jeff, was very knowledgeable of the vehicle that I purchased and was able to answer all of my questions. The dealership was very busy on the day that I purchased my vehicle, but despite that, I was able to complete my transaction and drive off in my shiny new car in almost no time! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Ford Lincoln of Franklin and I highly recommend them!

Tammy was great. There were a large number of vehicles on the lot to pick from. Internet pricing was a bit misleading as it pertained to vehicles that had additional options (ie. bedliners). These options were not included on the price listed on the internet pricing, meaning the price at the dealership was more than what was advertised. Not a big deal though - I just picked a different vehicle.

Jordan was amazing. He found us walking the parking lot after another salesman left us. Let me tell you—great salesman! Wasn’t planning on buying a car until March but walked out that day in a great Explorer. I even did some research and found a better deal at the Columbia location but decided this guy worked so hard for my business that he deserved the sale. Hands down a patient, will do what he can for you guy! Had a great experience due to him! I even had a couple of items post purchase that he and team got in and fixed ASAP! Great experience and happy with the purchase!

Second Chances
I had not been to this dealership for almost 2 years due to a bad experience...Justin my service advisor was outstanding and handled a recall service to perfection. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable...he also took time to LISTEN. Thanks Justin because of you wwe will now give Ford and this dealership another chance in the future. My wife was having tire issues. We thought the cold weather was messing up tire pressure. She stopped in on the way home. It was a nail. I felt helpless as I was at work and couldn’t leave to help. Didn’t need to. The guys in the quick service lane fixed the tire and she was in her way in no time at all.
