New vehicle purchase

Our salesman Tucker was very professional and listened to our needs in a new vehicle. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try selling something outside our search criteria. We got just what we were looking for at a great price. Total process from walking in to driving out in our new vehicle was about 4 hrs. The sales team realizing my children were likely board and hungry. Had my wife order dinner to be delivered and paid for everything. Overall it was a great buying experience and will return in the future.

Amazing dealership!

Everyone was great. They put me into a new Ford Fusion. It’s was quick and easy and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I will always shop at ford of franklin. Lora and Jordan were Awesome. I was able to text Lora anytime I had a question and she responded right away. Jordan was so helpful and a big part of why my expirence was so great.

Great to work with!

F350 Oil Leak

Chris was able to have the diesel tech look at my F350 right away. Dye was add to oil crankcase to view at a later visit. Andrew great job on Quick lane service four wheel balance is perfect ride is great. Thank you,

LIARS

I expect to be lied to at dealerships.. but to arm me with your “actual sticker” online - which was $58,800 - now its an almost 4 year old used car and you have the AUDACITY to demand $54,990? Then tell me you have too much in the car to come down in price? So, Ford sells its cars to you to make 5% at msrp? The sales people suck and the sales manager I worked with was worse - what a set of brass ones. Thank God for the power of social media. With a couple of posts I can tell 120,000 or so people about these liars that just want to rip people off. Joke.

Brian is AMAZING!!!

Brian was AMAZING!!! He didn’t just accommodate me, he went above and beyond. I’m 24 buying my very 1st BRAND NEW car. I’m not a car guru at all so going in I was skeptical. Brian took his time and got down on a level I understood. From now on all my cars and anything I need will be brought to Brian!

Turn In Leased Vehicle

Our sales person, Jeff Dawson, met us exactly on time and did a super job with outfitting us in a new vehicle via the Ford lease program. He was very diligent and understanding in finding a vehicle with the features that met out needs!
