Had an appointment, but technician still didn?
Had an appointment, but technician still didn?t even look at the car until 4 days later. The service rep told me not to call him because he wouldn?t answer, text only. Didn?t hear from him until the car was done five days later. Simple sensor replacement, two hour job. 5 days without a car. When picking the car up, they just took payment and handed my wife the keys. No explanation or anything. They didn?t seem to care about our business one way or the other. Highly doubt we?ll be back. And we own three Fords.

Everything was excellent.
Everything was excellent. From calling and making the appointment to picking back up my car. The service was great and my vehicle is running great again.

A very welcoming atmosphere.
A very welcoming atmosphere. There was no feeling of pressure to buy a particular vehicle. All of the representatives were patient and knowledgeable in their respective areas. They also made me feel like I could call and ask for assistance with the technology at any time in the future, not just the day of the sale. I would recommend the dealership based on my experience so far.
