I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of

I have to say I am very impressed with the quality of service I have received at Franklin Ford. Brought my Raptor in for routine service, oil change etc. I got the vehicle back in less than 2 hours. I then mentioned it made a rattling sound on initial cold start. My service advisor was Anthony Martinez who remembered me from a previous service, he advised me due to the mileage it could be the cam phasers, and he immediately scheduled for that to be addressed, and even gave me a ride home as the service was going to take a couple days. I have nothing but praise for this service dept. 5 stars all the way

Needed a part before I drove it new off the lot.

Needed a part before I drove it new off the lot. It wasn?t ordered as promised. I had to call about it. Then they scheduled an appointment without asking me which I couldn?t keep. I had to call to reschedule and when the car got back to the dealer they still hadn?t ordered the part and had no record of it ever being ordered in the first place. Don?t know who dropped the ball but someone did

I just had my Ford Edge serviced.

I just had my Ford Edge serviced. It needed a full maintenance. I am extremely satisfied with the service and with this facility. The Service Assistant, Anthony, reviewed the services and inspection needed when I arrived. He was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this Ford Lincoln Service Center.

My service advisor Nick did a good job taking care of my

My service advisor Nick did a good job taking care of my issue. They diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part. The vehicle was ready to pick up less than 24 hours from when I dropped it off.

Great service! Recommended upcoming needs, reviewed last service, corrected 30,000 mile performance as I changed engine filter and cabin filter. Recommended using Ford points for all service needs. Anthony was great ?
