Recently drove to Ford of Franklin unannounced and unscheduled to the service department on a short staffed Saturday to see if I could get my recall for software repaired. They welcomed me in and completed all maintenance needed items within an hour and a half? Awesome and much appreciated!

I would like to specifically recognize Neal for his

I would like to specifically recognize Neal for his customer centricity approach kindness and communication skills throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. He was so nice that he managed to get even my children car seats out for me while the car was already lifted for the repair work. He always looked at solving any concern I might have so I really appreciated his leadership mindset. My car was out of service for 5+days due to engine and driveshaft replacement (hopefully covered). Having more than 3 days rental would have been nice for organization purposes.
