Chris was great and very timely in getting repairs done Customer service was exceptional and they provided a very nice ride home for me in a comfortable Lincoln navigator

I had experienced a recurring problem with my F150.

I had experienced a recurring problem with my F150. I had taken it to another dealership in the past and they could only temporarily fix the problem, after keeping the truck for over a week at a time. Neal at Ford of Franklin listened to my concerns and proceeded to get his team to diagnose and make the repairs promptly.

Very expensive repair work but necessary.

Very expensive repair work but necessary. Lonnie has been fantastic to work with. He always calls me back and explains how the repair work is progressing.

Chris Simpson is a great service advisor. Always takes good care of my requests for service. Had my oil changed and a aftermarket UPG oil plug installed. Really enjoying the Ranger Raptor.
