We had a situation where we bought a 2021 ford escape seout of loaner program. Then 2 days later th VP calls us and says this escape was under a no sell by ford do to a recall and were told we had to return. We really loved this vehicle. But knew we could not keep. Well they stepped up big a made it right putting us in another escape. I'll leave it at that. Thanks to Johnnie B Phil, the owner. And others for stepping up. I will never buy from anywhere else.
