Reliable and interested in good service
I arrived with a recall notice and a question about an obscure "tire mobility kit' prompt on my console, both were taken care of quickly, I was given a ride back home, and then back to the shop when my car was ready. My service technician was very helpful, but all this was possible because another specialist offered an answer, and the driver who transported me took an interest. This only happens when quality matters to everyone.

Purchase great. Collision repair time bad
Had a great experience purchasing the vehicle. Sebastion Gray is a very nice saleman. My issue is with the body shop. I had a wreck on August 23rd . The truck was towed that day to the dealership and insurance was notified . It took 7 full days for the body shop to email my insurance company the repair estimate. I'm now without my truck for 5 weeks. Insurance only paid for 4 weeks on a rental car so I'm now paying 40.00 per day for the car. Things need to be changed in the management of that area .

Great job, better than the other place that I have used.
Thank you for the fast service. Also thanks for taking care of my car. I have used other dealer's service center and was not please the way they treated by car. They kept my car for 5 weeks, the car was dirty inside and out.

Quick & Friednly
I was able to catch the shuttle within a minute of dropping my car off. The older gentleman driving the shuttle has impeccable customer service skills. The gentleman who initially took my car was very helpful in explaining Ford's new rewards program. I had previously been very confused and frustrated with the program. To be frank, I have had both great and extremely unpleasant service experiences with Marshal Mize Ford. This visit restored my faith in your dealership.

Work done in a timely fashion. Didn’t experience any delays or problems. Friendly service rep went over results of maintenance and billing rep was also nice.
