Had an appointment for an oil change. Sat and waited for 2 hours. ☹️ Had to walk up front to ask what was the hold up. I was told the oil gun wasn’t working right and they only had 3 technicians instead of their usual 5. Needless to say, I won’t be back!

Every car we looked at they would increase the price over internet price we probably want by another car there. The one we bought internet price was $14,476 and what they charged was more than that. I’m wanting to say it was a $1000 more. If the prices aren’t right on the internet shouldn’t advertise for that price. I would consider that false advertisement, and lying to people.

We had an appointment to go look at another brand the next morning but after having seen a few other brands and then the Nautilus, we knew nothing was going to hold a candle to it.
