Circumstances in my family put me in a position where I needed to purchase a vehicle fairly quickly. When I visited Wallace Subaru I asked for Kaleb Cretsinger from sales whom I had met through an online inquiry. Kaleb was the perfect sales person......just the right amount of being there to answer my questions and show me around, but also the right amount of letting me have some space to look on my own. I soon came to think of him as someone truly trying to help me, not as someone trying to push a sale. We fairly quickly reached a deal that was fair to Wallace and to me and Kaleb handed me off to Charlie McCall for financing. Charlie, too, was warm, helpful, and professional. Since my purchase a few days ago, Kaleb has called to make sure that I knew he was available if I had questions about all the technological features of my wonderful new Forester! I'd gladly send any friend or relative to Kaleb for their next new car purchase.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle for Wallace Imports. This is the worst experience I have ever had. A month after "purchasing" a new vehicle they have not professed my registration/ tags or paid off my old vehicle. Also asking for documentation that should have been asked for the day of purchase.

I highly recommend Wallace of Bristol. I worked with Brent Morris and he went above and beyond to help me get out of my car and get in one I loved. Everyone that works there was super nice. Definitely recommend them to anyone. Just ask for Brent Morris!!

I purchased a $5000 vehicle from Wallace and 2 days after I bought it, the vehicle ended up having several things wrong with it. So I thought I was stuck with a vehicle that was a lemon. But thanks to Salesman Nicholas Dememtre I was able to trade in my vehicle for a $5000 credit on another vehicle at Wallace. So Nick said that he wanted me to have a reliable , safe vehicle that wouldn’t give me any problems and that I would be happy with. With Nicks hard work he found me a pre owned certified 2013 jetta tdi that I absolutely loved! So I traded in the $5000 car towards the purchase of my jetta...and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my salesman Nick Demetre:)

Andrew Meyer was awesome could not have made getting my new Subaru Crosstrek any easier Mr Meyer definitely went the extra mile from start to finish and made this the most pleasurable car buying experience I have ever had.

Purchasing a new car at Wallace Imports was a good purchase decision for my wife and I. Our salesman, Andrew Meyer answered all questions and helped us make a good choice based on our need for safety, low cost of ownership and something 'pretty'' for my wife to drive and 'Sporty' for me. Thanks to his recommendations, his manager Steven Pierce's trade-in allowance for our old car (best of all the dealers) and low rates from Stephen Counts we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX.
