I walked into the dealership with a broken down vehicle
I walked into the dealership with a broken down vehicle and pretty low expectations due to my credit score and inability to put much down, but sure enough the salesman (Jordan Pierce) was able to find me an AMAZING deal on a brand new 2022 Kia Rio. I had no idea that I was going to be driving off the lot this happy! I was in and out in a flash, but these guys made sure I got exactly what was looking for in a new car. I can safely recommend this dealer for any of your future automotive purchases. I’m positive Jordan and all the other staff there can help you find what you’re looking for!

Terrible terrible terrible.
Where do I begin? Let's see I sent them an offer on the "Dealer Advertised Price" showing online which they tried to tell me it was suggested MSRP when it plainly stated, "Dealers Advertised Price." The gentleman I was working with Curtis, requested information be sent via email which I sent. Didn't hear anything back till the next day when he reached out to see if I sent the offer. I explained to Curtis I sent to the email he sent me. He told me to send to another email. I sent to this email and again no response. I made contact the next day and was advised nothing was received still and that I could try and send through text, however Curtis said he found it in his spam folder. Nonetheless he took the offer to the manager who stated with no trade in and the way the VW Taos are selling he couldn't sell the car to me at the price THEY ADVERTISED ONLINE!!! After all this, Curtis proceeds to tell me the car sold. If that was the case, why are you asking about the offer. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF PURE GREED PERIOD!!!! I suggest no one use WALLACE IMPORTS OF BRISTOL!! I was advised by the bank to stay away from dealers in the Tri-cities due to situations like this. UPDATE!! Everything happens for a reason. Hiley Volkswagen Huntsville, AL for the win. I sent my information to them, and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response. Charles is the best salesman I've ever worked with at a car lot. He truly wanted to sell me the car and not worried about selling it for the $$$$$. I was able to get the 2022 VW Taos S at the price I wanted (which happened to be the MSRP at this lot), lower interest rate and payment. CORPORATE GREED IS REAL FOLKS, and this is a prime example. Companies are booming right now and some just don't care at all about the consumer just that $$$$$.
