We came in looking for an SUV with 3 rows in our price range. Brian Long took his time evaluating all of our options with us and making sure we left with the best car and best price. Everyone always dreads the new car buying experience, but Brian made it a breeze. Will definitely be recommend people here just for his service.

I have been inquiring for 8 weeks about the refund of my pro rated gap insurance that was sent to this dealership. When speaking with accounting I have been given different dates and excuses of delay each time. Most recent conversation, stated mailed 12/18, “ postal delay due to holidays” as of 12/30/20 still not received. Wallace it does not take this long mailed from Bristol TN to Bristol TN address.

The dealership wasn't willing to work with me on a vehicle that I could afford only wanted to up there sales. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Obviously, this dealership has no sense of loyalty to employees that have served them many years! So why as a customer would I think they would have any for me!

Thank you Alex for helping me get into my 2020 Kia Forte! I didn't think it would be possible for me to get a brand new car!
