This is one of the best dealerships in the region! The staff is very professional yet courteous and friendly. The service area is clean and uncluttered and the amenities while you wait are second to none. I'd recommended Acura of Memphis to anyone needing service for ANY vehicle.

Service Review
I bought my Acura 1 year this past November. My front tires look like this!! I have been through 2 oil changes (One this past November) and a tire rotation, only for Acura of Memphis not to mention anything about an alignment. Today, I asked to speak with a service manager and the rep sent me to a Service Advisor (I knew she wasn’t a manager according to their website), whom made me feel really bad. She said it’s my fault that I didn’t get an alignment. I’m supposed to get it twice a year (who does that? who knows that?) She also asked if I read the manual for the service codes??? NO! When service due comes up, I go to Acura of Memphis. I thought this was a one stop shop, but it looks like I have to turn into a mechanic! When I bought the car, I was told OH YEA, oil changes and tire rotations 2x a year. Well according to the Service Advisor, its suppose to be 2 oil changes, 2 alignments, air filters, etc. Sounds like $1000 for maintenance 2x a year. I’m stuck after 1 year, 30k miles, buying two tires ($244ea and alignment $99) Maybe I should have bought another brand car.

Great Staff and Service
The driver's side mirror on my 2017 Acura MDX needed to be replaced. I could not have been happier with the service received from Mr Brian Richards and the entire service department. My car was clean and ready in a timely manner. This was much appreciated since I live in northeast Arkansas and had a 90 mile drive to return home that evening. Thanks also to salesman Aaron Smith for another dashboard tutorial!!

excellent service
Brian was waiting for me when I arrived. I was shown the waiting area and the amenities. Brian checked back with me several times during the brief wait. The problem was solved and I left with a fixed, clean car.

Great assistance
Bought a certified pre-owned car but they missed the rotor because the car steering vibrated every time you step the brake. A week after I got the car. called Dennis and he told Veheridje. He told me to come and they will correct it as well as the low batteries for the keyless remote. I also had Alan Smith as service consultant. He was very on top of it. Then I my husband told that hey missed checking the wiper. I called Alan-- returned my call ASAP and he told to just visit and he will take a look.
