Excellent experience

From the moment we first arrived at this dealer our experience was excellent, especially our salesman Darren. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and he spent a lot of time with us to insure our understanding of all the features. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable - everything you would want in a salesperson. Others at the dealer were also that same way but we spent most of our time with him. Their process was painless and thorough and I would recommend this dealer without hesitation.

Just want the deal..dishonest salesman

Frustrating part.. 2nd day .. we were told everything is ready.. meet you at 4pm, car certified and cleaned up and we are all set.. I trusted the certified status .. no doubt that they will deliver half baked product just to cut a deal.. the worst part.. while waiting for them Around 30 minutes.. the salesman, financed director and another employer were behind the car.. we were able to see them checking but as good buyer we just waited due to TRUST and Confidence that they will deliver good product.. they let us signed the papers , got the papers for trade in and got the down payment.. no disclosure of what is waiting for us.. when we were excited to get the car.. the worst feeling.. scratches in the rear very visible.. just for the money.. they don't care about their customers.. I would have appreciated if they called that due to the proper reconditioning process that we adhered we cannot deliver today.. we will Del we on Saturday.. (3 days from the date we signed) because that is the tentative date that I will get the car.. I never like.. the emails to the gi.. never returned call just that you are Lucky that you are able to get the car prior to others.. !!!! It was supposed to be my best gift for this Christmas.. it became my worst nightmare.. I just hope to get it at the standards if they have that now.. I was excited to own an Acura but the people here.. yo ga e to be meticulous.. they don't provide good customer service..

Dishonest dealer

Acura of Memphis puts Appearance Package as a required option for each new vehicle they sell. I had to argue with them NOT to put this "option" on a vehicle that they had to order from the factory for me (they did not have this vehicle on the lot). They agreed to remove this option initially, but then when the vehicle arrived, they demanded that I pay for this. When I refused, they did not honor a service coupon they had sent me. Stay away from this dealer!

Worked out a resolution with the dealer

I had a disagreement with Acura of Memphis, but they were interested in working it out to achieve mutual satisfaction. I appreciate this wiliness on the part of the dealer.

good service/friendly

At no point did I ever feel high pressure. Felt like I could easily walk out if the deal wasnt good for me. Whole process was an enjoyable experience.

Kind, sincere gentleman

My daughter is leaving for graduate school and we were looking for a nice graduation gift for her. We came here for Brandon as he was highly recommended to us. His patience and kindness towards us sealed the deal and I am very pleased with our purchae! I would definitely send others his way!!
