My experience with Acura of Memphis has been one of the most pleasant encounters thus far in the world of automobiles. I had the pleasure of working with Tiffiney Oliver and let me just say that she made an overwhelming process seamless and understandable. The hassle that goes with purchasing a new vehicle can be dainty but Tiffiney not only explained the process prior to beginning but she made sure she spoke in laymen terms so that I was completely aware of what I could purchase, what I needed to complete the process, and most importantly…that I did not SETTLE! If I had to recommend anything it would be that there were more salesWomen like her and she train others in the area of thoroughness. I could have went through a computer to purchase but it wouldn’t have gotten the hospitality, walkthrough, or interaction as I did working with Tiffiney to purchase my vehicle.
