I purchased a RDX 2022.
I purchased a RDX 2022. The service manager Trey, was RUDE and had a NASTY attitude. If I known what I know now I would’ve never purchased anything from here. I don’t recommend anyone to do so either.

This dealership claims that they are one of the few
This dealership claims that they are one of the few dealerships that do not “up charge” in Memphis. However, they force you to buy packages that include nitrogen fill for your tires, splash guards, wheel locks and floor mats for tune of $3995. They will not sell you a car without this package… so what this “package” really is… is their up charge disguised as a package. That package/up charge equates to roughly 8% over the MSRP

back again with another review on reg & lic plate
We purchased a used vehicle back on November 2021. As of today February 2022 we not received the registration and the license plate. We have been going back to the dealership every two week to get temporary license plate and they said that we were waited to long to get another temporary (THAT IS A LIE) so now they decided to give us a 30 day temporary plate & we are getting an excuse every time about when we will get the registration & license plate. So in the mean time we are driving a vehicle that has not registration or license plate in our name and who knows how much longer we are going to wait maybe a year or so before we even get anything. So before you decide to purchase a used car from Acura of Memphis make sure you has how long it is going to take to get registration and license plate. We will NEVER recommend this dealership to any of our family or friends!

This is the worst dealership in Memphis (Ridgeway). the finance person that sold us a car warranty told us a BIG lie. He said that the warranty we selected was good for the used vehicle and will cover everything on the used vehicle we had purchased. We have only had the used vehicle for 1 month we already have problems and the warranty that we purchased DOES NOT cover everything. Now we have to pay out of pocket to get the vehicle repaired. We have been to the dealership to request to cancel the warranty and now the person that sold us the warranty is hiding and does not want to assist us. We will NEVER let our family and friends to go this dealership because we do not want them to experience the BAD customer service we received. We are not HAPPY!

I'm back with another review. Comes to find out, the car...
I'm back with another review. Comes to find out, the car that I purchased in July, the same car that had issues since week 1, needs an engine. They insured me at that time of purchase that the engine was good. I clearly stated that if the engine was bad, I didn't want the car. The car drove great but it has smoked since I purchased it. Acura sent me to another shop because they could never figure out what was going on with the car. My car has been in and out of the shop since July and it is almost November and it is still in the shop. I just got word today that it needs an engine assembly. Acura's manager, Jon, stated a month ago if the car continued to smoke, he would just swap it out and wholesale the car because they didn't want to spend any more money on the vehicle. I spoke with Jon via text today and now he's telling me he didn't say that. I tell you, these people are crooks! Please stay away!! There are plenty more dealerships in the city to purchase from. You can't believe a word these people tell you. It's funny how my call gets ignored but the manager can respond to a text. That's because he's not man enough to answer the phone and stand on his word. I wish I would have known all of this before purchasing but that's what I get trying to be loyal to a company that don't give 2 xxxxs about you.

Worst Experience Ever
BEWARE!!! Please shop around at other dealers before spending your hard- earned money here. These people will tell you whatever you want to hear during the buying process. I purchased a car here back in July and the warning light was on when I bought the car. I pointed this out to the salesperson before I left the lot but she told me to drive the car around for a couple of days because it had been sitting and maybe it was a low battery indicator. So, once I made it home I figured out that it was a fog light that needed to be replaced. I made the salesperson aware of this along with the sales manager and was told that they would take care of it. Now no one remembers telling me that they would replace the light. I also experienced smoke and an oil leak within the first week of owning the car. I even told them about a noise that's coming from my suspension within the same week and have text messages in my phone to back everything up. After taking the car back 3 times with them telling me that they're not seeing an issue when I'm clearly seeing the oil in my garage, smoke coming out of my exhaust and hearing a noise every time I make a deep turn or pull out of my driveway. They saw the smoke the second time I took it in and replaced the oil pressure sensor which they claimed that's where my leak was coming from and told me that my car was fixed but continued to say that my suspension was fine. Guess what??? A week later it was smoking again and I'm still hearing the same noise. They looked at it once again and told me that there was a small leak but nothing that would cause damage. First of all, the leak was supposed to been fixed the last time it was brought in and second, who wants to purchase and drive a car that leaks any type of fluid, especially OIL??? Initially, I was told that they couldn't spend the money on it to fix it and they would rather give me my down payment back and send it to an auction. I was appalled. It took for me to write a bad review, for the manager to call me, after I had been making him aware of my issues asking what could they do to make it right. He told me to remove the post and they would take care of it. The only thing I wanted was for them to fix my car, especially after them telling me that they're so called certified mechanics had looked over the car and everything was good. I spoke with everyone on the phone today that's involved in my deal and now they're telling me that I never mentioned anything about my suspension, when I clearly did. So, this is why I'm reposting my review and I will not remove it because everyone needs to know what they're getting their self into when purchasing a vehicle here. No one wants to pay a car note and spend money on repairs within the first week of owning the car. I purchased this car in July and have yet had it in my possession for a full month due to me leaving it with them, getting it back and having to take it back because it's still not fixed properly. I've tried to be nice, patient and respectful but I refuse to let anyone take advantage of me or make it look like I'm lying about what I'm experiencing.

We went to check the new 2021 TLX today, but one of the sales managers Mike Lee was rude and really unprofessional to us. I highly suggest avoiding him and talk to other sales managers. I understand every dealer wants to maximize the profit especially during the pandemic and lowering the trade-in value may be one of the ways. However, what Mike Lee said was our car just like a junk car or trash car, and did not worth more money. He literally said that in front of us which I believe was very rude, unacceptable, and unprofessional. I don't think those are the words you should say to customers about their cars. He really needs to learn the "RESPECT." I like the Acura brand and I know one guy cannot represent the whole dealership or the brand, but this was just disappointing.
