This is the worst car dealership in Memphis. Ran my credit twice without permission A whole month later. I’ve had the car three months still no tag because of mess ups on their end. Lost my first contract supposedly. Just horrible service. Horrible.

I now regret purchasing my 2020 Acura.. from the salesperson, finance and now service dept... the service dept staff is horrible, brash and rude. On all device visits I was meant with money amounts before finding out my car was under warranty. I will find another Acura service dept.. Speaking with the Service Manger is like talking to a brick wall....I’m not happy... I can say my experience with the Parts Dept. was an enjoyable and delightful.

The service manager is very rude!!!. I really regret...
The service manager is very rude!!!. I really regret purchasing this 2018 Acura TLX considering that location on Ridgeway is the only location in Memphis. Also, I am still having the same mechanical issue. This is my last time purchasing a Honda product. Will be trading the car for a Toyota or Lexus very soon

Acura paint warranty
Service Manager Doris took care of my car paint work which was covered by Acura paint warranty. I am about to move out of the town soon and when I mentioned this to Doris, she was kind enough to expedite the paint work job and return the car to me on time. Five stars to Doris, thank you very much! Doris rocks!! :-)

Lack of customer service in Service Department
I did not have a pleasant experience with the service center manager, Doris. She was extremely rude and condensing about my needed services. Little to no customer service was extended from her. Very unprofessional. I hope I never have to encounter her in the future for my service needs.

Beware! Cars featured not available at dealership
Car 19UUB1F36KA010775 has been featured on their and cars.com website for several weeks now. The price was incredible, way below competition. After casually checking both websites over a matter of weeks, we contact the dealer to see vehicle in person. Still skeptical, we asked if car was available. They confirmed (via phone) it was. When we show up, the car is not available and "sold last week." The salesman plays dumb about the entire thing. Don't waste your time. It is a classic bait and switch scheme. Find a reputable dealer . I hope cars.com removes the car from their site.
