This dealership is a certified female friendly business with great customer service! I have nothing but great things to say so far. I knew what I was looking for and felt zero pressure from Mr Jimmy to look at or buy anything I wasn’t 100% sure about.

It was a short but the sweetest experience I have had with my car purchases since I came to America. Cassidy was very accommodating and straight to the point. Awesome!

Cassi made the entire process simple and painless. She explained everything in detail and worked very hard to get us into the Highlander we wanted at a price we could afford. Brandon was quick and thorough in finance. I wouldn’t buy a car from anyone else.

Principal Toyota is awesome! We have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last year and they are so easy to work with. We've worked with Seth on all 3 deals (2 used and 1 new) and the experience has been top notch each and every time. they have really treated us like part of their family doing the extra things to make the buying experience easy and special for my new young driver who ended up with pictures with bows on the car and just a cool experience. No care for customers. Sold me a Lemon. Car stalked on interstate within days. Todd Lochner Principle Toyota ignored me until they saw I contacted media, and others, though I already did this, after they knew they only then tried to end the deal out of anger and a cover up. Rip off!!! Save your time and money.

It is almost not a good thing that 5.0 is the highest rating for an employee at Principle because Shelton Maben is well deserving of a 100! The experience of being felt as if I was priority over all others was absolutely phenomenal. When you come into contact with those that go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of on every side is the best feeling ever.
