Oil change
It was a great help to just drop the car off and use your shuttle service for a ride to and from the dealership. Since, that is no longer available. Will consider other options on my next new car. Looking at the new Camaro, which should be out soon.

Amazing service
My coolant was leaking which was causing my car engine to overheat. My service consultant Tyler was amazing in helping me with my issue.

Great experience
I had a wonderful experience at Serra. I was there for servicing on my Cruze, when I decided to go look around to see what was there in vehicles. Gary was very helpful with showing me the two vehicles that I was interested in. I really wasn't looking to buy at the time that I went in, but it worked out and had he not shown the interest he did, I probably would have just kept the car that I came in with for servicing.

great service
Paul was my dealer and he did an excellent job in his customer service. He and the finance manager worked it out to get me the best deal that I could not turn down. He did a great job and I am very satisfied with my 2015 Impala and the patience he had with me being on a walker. He helped me out of the car held my purse and was so patient with my slow movement. I give Paul kudo for a job well done. I would recommend my friends and family to Serra and look for Paul.

The new hire for the dealership was very attentive and friendly. He gave excellent service. I loved the fast service that I received as well!!!! I only wish that that the dealership had mentioned to me that my oil pressure light was on, but overall the service was great!!!!!!

Outstanding service!
Steve was excellent all around. He was knowledgeable and funny. I didn't feel rushed to make a decision. I actually felt supported. What I enjoyed most was not having to wait so many hours to leave with a vehicle I desired. I arrived at 5:00 p.m. and drove away enjoying my new car smell at 8:30 p.m. Steve rocks!

Outstanding Service!
I dropped off my car without an appointment after service closed Wednesday night. Tyler called me early Thursday morning and let me know he was taking care of it. He called again when it was checked out, and then when it was ready. I drove the car 25 miles each way to work and back in rush hour traffic. Both the cooling and brakes were better than new. Outstanding service from Serra, as usual!

Overall the visit was good...my main issue was the number of visits it took to finish all of the work because parts weren't available for scheduled work.
