i was very pleased with MR Fred he was not pushy he he

i was very pleased with MR Fred he was not pushy he he understood what i wanted and made sure i got into my 2019 i will be sending him more people he is great and very helpful took time to explain things to me and told me if i ever needed to ask anything give him a call

STAY AWAY!!

NOT BUY A CAR FROM SERRA CHEVROLET!! If I could give negative stars I would! They were decent at first, but then turned into Sharks when we decided to back out of a car that we originally liked. We even put money down on it and we were waiting for it to be delivered when we learned that there is not enough cargo space. They refuse to give me the money I put down on it back even though the contract was not complete. They also said nothing in regards to a down payment being non-refundable. Zack, the used car sales manager, is a Shark that is only in it for money. Cecil just stood by and watched his customers get cheated out of $1,000 that is probably going to go in their pockets and then make more once they sell that car! They did not fully disclose how the procedure would work. Had they told us, we would not have put the money down on the car at that time! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!!

Great car buying experience

Fred White was outstanding during the purchase of our new Colorado. He was so helpful and willing to work with us during our purchase. We are very pleased with Serra Chevrolet and will recommend them to all our friends and family.

Unfortunately the customer service was clouded by one of...

Unfortunately the customer service was clouded by one of the desk people, Johnny Chenault, who was a complete xxxxxxx 2 days in a row. Everyone else was super nice and helpful. I completely avoided him the second day but when asking a simple question about my warranty my second tech said he wasn't sure and asked Johnny. Johnny mumbled something and said that was a stupid question and walked away. I have always had great service but will avoid this assclown from here on out. He is in a customer service roll... have some decency.
