went to dealer to look at new car told salesman that we just wanted to seat in the car and that he could hold onto the keys and that we did not want to test drive car salesman began to argue that he needed a copy of our drivers license or we were not allow to see car asked for sales manager who did nothing about the salesman so we left and bought a new corvette from reeder Chevrolet in Knoxville

My wife and I went to Serra Chevy in Bartlett in search of a Camaro to replace our Toyota Scion with 100K miles... Guzman worked with us to get the payments in a range we could afford and worked with us afterward to get items we had forgotten in our old car. The downside to our visit was that we had to get a second key made as they couldn't locate the second key and the Contracts guy who told my wife she looked like Keith Richards because she had her curly dark hair up in a bandanna... It really hurt her feelings and had she not wanted the Camaro as much as she did, she very well may have called the deal off at that point
