Great experience from sales to signig!

Everyone was great! I felt like they were working to make the best possible deal and even going out of their way to make everything work. I was greeted by the sales manager and right away had a wonderful salesman that was very helpful. The finance manager went out of his way to secure the lowest rate and the final transaction went very smooth. So happy with my purchase and will definitely come back when its time to trade again!! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

BEST DEALERSHIP

My salesmen was John Gilleseppe and he was outstanding. He was very informative and also very knowledgeable about the car of my choice. He was also open and honest, which made me feel more at ease about my purchase. He is too be commended for his patience, understanding, and extraordinary customer service.

TRUTH FROM A COMPLETELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I went in not knowing what to expect, but John and Luke's service was outstanding. John did EVERYTHING he could to make sure I left COMPLETELY satisfied, and I definitely did. This will be the only dealership I do business with from now on!

Great service department

Donna Williams in the service dept has always been the most helpful whenever I have needed any service done to any of my vehicles. Don Kelly also has bent over backwards too to make sure my experience has been a pleasant one.

Great Service

I initially walked in just to get information. I didn't think my credit was good enough to get anything but i was able to get my current car loan paid off and leave with a 2014 chevy cruze with no money down. There was no high pressure sales tactics and everyone was very friendly. I bought my very first car from jim keras, this is my third and i recommend everyone go there first. Great staff George Gully, James Wright and the young man who handled the finance paperwork were great

GREAT service, Awesome Service Advisor

I took my Chevy in for the 60,000 mile service, my service advisor Vaughn was GREAT, he made sure all my concerns were taken care of and provided me a new car. He make me feel like I am his most important customer and I appreciate it.

LOOK AT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY A USED VEHICLE!

I Feel that the problem with the seals on my 09 Tahoe (all doors, sun roof, and hatchback) should have been identified and replaced before I purchased the vehicle in January 2014. Now I had to pay over $900.00 TO REPLACE THEM for that issue, it was not fair to me. Service did order and replaced the seals on my truck but at over $900.00 I HAD TO PAY. I ALSO FEEL THAT THE MILITARY DISCOUNT SHOULD APPLY FOR ALL VETERANS, BECAUSE SOME OF US ARE DISABLED, AND OR RETIRED! I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO THANK MS DONNA, SHE RELATED TO MY PROBLEM.
