Great Customer Service
Always great customer service and the waiting area is always clean and comfortable. However, this visit was the longest I've ever waited for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited almost two hours.

Terrible Customer Service
When I arrived one of the mechanics greeted me and said someone should be with you shortly. After about 5 min of just sitting in my car no one came over. So I got out and stood there still no one addressed me. So the young gentleman came back over to me and said some will be right with you, ok. After about another 2-3 minutes I walked over to the service counter and said excuse me can someone help me please. Then a caucasian man with red hair and beard walked from behind the counter and said yeah how can help you (Mind you he did not have a customer and the lady was looking up something on the computer. Mind you each time I have gone I have never gotten a warm feeling from the lady. She always seem like something is bothering her and you usually have to speak to her first. She will say how can I help you but never a hello, how are you, etc). I stated that I needed an oil change. He walked back to his counter and got a pin and clip board walked over to my car and started writing down info and never addressed me again. As he was walking off I stated I was told that GM has a special on oil change and tire rotation for $39.95 he said ok and walked on off. The service worker walked over and said you can have a seat in the customer waiting area and someone will come get you when your car is ready. About 10-15 min later my car was finished. I am very leary that the oil change, tire rotation and fluid top offs were done. However all I can do is trust that it was. I have never had this kind of experience with the Service dept and don't feel that the mechanic should have been the one to address me. It should have been the customer service workers. I would give this survey flying colors but I cannot this time. Thanks have a wonderful day!

Great Service
I've bought three vehicles from Jim Keras. I'm a loyal customer. I bought my new Cruze in 2012. I noticed last week that my check engine light came on. I work right behind Serra, so I took my Cruze in to get checked out as I'm still under warranty. I was told that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee before they would even look at it. I was so upset. I drove the extra miles hoping I didn't make a bad problem worse to Jim Keras. Vaughn was ever so nice! Took care of me immediately, and arranged for me to use a loaner car overnight while the needed repairs were made. I will always go the extra mile to Jim Keras, as they always go the extra mile for me!

New Car Purchase
I was very pleased with the service I received at the dealership. From the time we walked in, until I drove off in my new car, I can honestly say was quick and "painless". The salesmanager, Chris, our salesman, Randy and the fiance officer worked with us to pick our something I liked and that fit in our budget. The other sales staff was also friendly and outgoing even though they didn't have to be. I had a problem with my car on Sunday (operator error) and another salesman helped me and Randy followed up on Monday to make sure everything was ok. I definitely will recommend Jim Keras.

Awesome customer service
Awesome service. Tony took care of me from the start. I was at another dealer when I called and he took care of business. He told me come on over we will take care of you. He took my info over the phone and when I got to the dealership the next day the sale went easy as can be. I will gladly recommend him and your dealership to everyone I know. Also your finance guy. I want to say Luke but could be wrong. He set me at ease, helped me with all my questions and sold me on the extended warranty and wheel warranty at a great price. He made the experience enjoyable for me. As this was my first experience with your dealership it won't be my last the next vehicle I need I will be purchasing from Jim Keras due to these 2 guys customer service.
